It's a small hut kind of hidden off the side of Boniface so it could easily be missed. Two drive up windows, one on each side. Once it was my turn I pulled up and the young lady was eager to take my order. While waiting for my coffee I noticed the place to be well stocked and clean. These folks are the warehouse/training/distribution for all their coffee shops and many independent Coffee shops all over Anchorage. You need a specialty syrup they probably have it or can get it. David was very helpful when I called and since they're open to the public, anyone can drop in he checked me out when I was there too. The place is cool and if you were going to open a coffee shop this would more than likely be the place to start off at building a relationship with your distributor for all things coffee. I'll just make a Lychee Empress Gin Fizz cocktail for my wife that we discovered in San Fransisco we got the recipe for that needs the Monin Rose syrup! I used to get it shipped by Amazon, but they're local and while at a mobile coffee truck at a dog show I saw different Monin syrups and knew that a coffee shop distributor had to have it up here! The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. They create an account for you to kind of keep track of what you purchase and so everytime you go in, they can pull up data and give you exactly what you like. They have a variety of beans, blends and a lot of other coffee related stuff at the store and the best part is, it's all at wholesale prices. One side of the building is like any retail coffee shop and you can buy coffee here to drink if you want.
