While I love supporting small local coffee shops, this one had several issues that I have to highlight.
1) limited to no electrical sockets - while there is free wifi for your browsing needs there is a complete lack of accessible charging stations meaning if you need to charge any of your devices you are quite out of luck.
2) finicky free wifi - while other users were able to easily log on, my MacBook Pro took a full ten minutes to connect to their public wifi. I am unsure why this happened, but coupled with the lack of charging it means I wasted a lot of battery just trying to get online.
3) service so quick it results in rudeness - while I appreciate prompt service, the cashier had not finished with the first person who was in the middle of paying he asked for my order. It is nice to show off your multitasking, but it also devalues the customer connection because he was not totally focused on providing neither my service or the woman before me.
As for the quality of the coffee, I highly enjoyed it and the smells of the food options of the other guests was enjoyable. Oddly the place did not smell like coffee which I think is a missed opportunity to add ambiance that potentially promotes an additional sale (if you smell coffee you want coffee.) read more
