We've ended up staying longer than we intended to on both visits purely because we felt welcome and I guess this is a good recipe for repeat business as we definitely will be returning when next visiting The Village at Westfields. On both visits we had several drinks and snacks and were very happy to leave an additional tip on top of the included service charge.
