Go here for the coffee. The breakfast is so so and the staff are friendly. I would not recommend for food but would so for coffee.

Instead, they have only a digital menu that's really paired down and most of the delicious sandwiches are long gone. On our most recent trip, we brought out-of-town visitors and their kiddos, aged 11 and 3. The oldest was not initially a fan of his chocolate shake because it was so dark and bitter, but the adults loved it (and it was sweeter once he mixed it). The youngest had his first submarino and loved it (highly recommend for newbies!). One ordered a hot dog, which was surprisingly good! The bread was very soft and tasty and the slaw was out of this world with a hint of sweetness and poppyseeds. A couple of us had the salads, which were great--the chicken option has quinoa mixed in and the mushroom one is extremely earthy. Unfortunately for us, the only jarra options for lemonade on our visit was plain (read: tart), though we would have preferred ones with berries or with mint + ginger. I'm glad to see PS is back open, but I do hope they bring back some of their classics like the Siete Colores sandwhich and the other with the fried egg.

I got a thick hot chocolate, although they have an option for a thinner one, as well as "submarinos" which is a bar of chocolate in hot milk. The hot chocolate definitely didn't disappoint. Has a nice balanced chocolate flavor that's not too bitter but still has a strong chocolate flavor. I was also hungry so I ordered a sandwich. My expectations weren't super high because it's a little place that specializes in chocolate, but don't let that stop you from trying the food. I got a roast beef sandwich that had caramelized onions, lettuce, pepper mayo and a fried egg. All of the ingredients were top notch and together just made a really good, gourmet sandwich. I'm looking forward to trying other things here. If you're in the area it's definitely worth the trip.

The meal started well with friendly service and the Salmon tartare cones. They were delicious! The tables on the patio are wonderful. We ordered the salmon and the Sea Bass. I was particularly looking forward to having Chilean Sea Bass while in Chile. Ironically the salmon was the hit and the Sea Bass was dry. Also, after we chose to order just a glass of wine each instead of a bottle, our waiter abandoned us. He stopped checking on us and we had to ask for the check (albeit typical in Chile) after quite a long wait. Please note this isn't a bad restaurant, it's just not consistently great for a 5 star hotel. There are many options for good dining in Santiago, this one is average for fine dining.

Incredible experience!…read more We were hoping for the opportunity to try a good Chilean Sea Bass, but due to the season found ourselves indulging in the juices of the Patagonian lamb perfectly prepared with putee eggplant and a Carmanere wine glaze. Before we can even decide on an appetizer, we were greeted with freshly warm biscuits that were stuffed with caramelized onions and a cone of tuna Crudo (on the house!). Pro Tip: Request a taste of several wines, including the regional Carmanere (originating from France, but rediscovered in Chile). Camilo provided us with exceptional service and even surprised us with a parting gift! It was a pleasure getting to know him and hope to cross paths with him in the future.
