Also about her and her man having sex and a bunch of other vulgarity that I would rather not explain. My chicken fries and biscuit was ice cold. Also my biscuit was so dark it looked like it was cooked for 15 minutes. And while i was also sitting in the window this was at night, and you should have saw the amount of termites flying around by the service area. It is ridiculous that they have management sucking up the termites with a shopvac. After seeing this i gladly got my money back. This store has shut down 3 times for termite infestations the 3rd time was recently from the health inspector. But after all of this i will not be heading to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Marksville Louisiana again. Because i was updated that they still have the termite nests in the ceilings and walls and they are back with the shopvaccum sucking them up again. Ordered two shrimp Poboys and a burger. While my Poboy actually tasted okay my daughter's had hair in it. So when she returned it and the cook said "that ain't no hair!" The person that took the order asked my daughter to point it out. Why would she lie about something like this? We didn't even leave the shop before she noticed the hair. At first she was going to ask them to remake it, but after the very poor customer support from the "cook" we just got a refund for that sandwich. Very poor actions on the "cooks" part and will never visit Bernice's because of this. Again I do not like to give negative reviews, but this was really needed just based on the "cooks" comment.
