It's quite spacious, with a decent amount of seating and a large production counter. The counter itself is separated into two sections with one place to order beverage and food, and the other to order coffee beans in bulk. The coffee selection here is massive and separated by different regions/countries. I decided to get a cappuccino and a croissant - both were good. I also decided to sit in lieu of taking to go and it was quite comfortable there to just relax and sip. The croissant was also good, though I had a piece of my dad's scone and it wasn't good - too dry, even for a scone. Service was good, and overall I had a pleasant experience at Brûlerie St-Denis - worth a stop in if you're in the area.

You can order online or come inside the coffee shop and grab a bag already made or order a bigger one. Since I don't live that close every time I grab a new bag I will grab a coffee. During the summer they have the iced Maple mocha I highly suggest to get it with coffee ice cubes rather than regular ice cubes it makes the whole difference for when the ice cubes Mel's it becomes more of a coffee flavour rather than a watery flavor. During The colder fall/winter days I like to order a maple mocha or a vanilla latte it's insanely good the coffee tastes fresh and the sweetness from the maple is perfect! Recently I had an issue with one of the bags that I had purchased it had a burnt taste even as you open the bag you could smell the Burt beans. I spoke with the owner and what surprised me the most is how professional and how caring he was about the situation. It wasn't a simple apology and offer for a replacement but it was very sincere and honest, Which is definitely something that a lot of the business owners are missing nowadays. Of course he offered to replace the bag which I was very grateful for and the new bag tasted so good. Having the situation happen and seeing how he handled the whole thing just gives me more love for this local roaster. It's great to be able to make a good coffee but Also know how to keep the relationship blooming with the customers is something that a lot of people need to remember. Overall the dish was rather salty, much of which came from the smoked meat add-on. (Montreal) smoked meat is similar to what is called pastrami or corned beef in the USA. It was in the form of cut-up squares of deli slices liberally sprinkled on top. I think I'd prefer small diced cubes, the size and shape of bagged frozen carrots. Interesting, though I think I'd try one of their many other add-ons next time. I'd probably be bored with plain poutine. The best poutine anywhere? I'm still too new to this dish to say for sure. They supply a lot of local businesses (including a few restaurants) with fresh ground coffee and it's easy to see why. Get great coffee at a great price.
