The payment was rejected through the main ordering system due to an incorrect billing address (I had just moved). A lovely person from Symes called to inform me of the error (it hadn't showed up on my end yet), and accepted a new order for same-day delivery, even though it was after 12:00 noon; the delivery cut off. My mom reported the arrangement of white carnations, her favorite flower, contained the biggest blooms she had ever seen! Thank you Symes! While still living in North Canton, I received arrangements on a few occasions that were created and delivered by Symes. If I wasn't home to receive them in person, a kind phone call was made by Symes informing me of the gift that awaited.
