Caine's saves me when I am in a pinch. By 'pinch' I mean when I forget to send my mom or my sister a birthday, Christmas or holiday gift. It's not always possible to drive 6+ hours to be there for every milestone but it's pretty easy to send my presence in the form of flowers or a gift. While I generally just pick the basic flower arrangement they would never know it by what comes delivered to their homes. Caine's always seems to deliver beautiful flowers that hit the spot, brighten the room and cheer up the soul. I feel like the flowers always end up looking better than what is advertised on the website! And while I have submitted tons of online orders I had not worked with anyone at the shop, until this weekend. I was aggressive in trying to get a flower delivery to my sister overnight (on a Saturday) for her actual birthday and, just my luck, after I placed the order, I received a call from the shop shortly after my order was placed to let me know did not have a specific type of flower for the arrangement I ordered. As any great business would do, he offered to use other flowers to make a 'pretty' arrangement to get out to her. They turned out beautifully and they arrived timely. He left no name and I forgot to ask but to whoever helped make this possible, thank you! I like that I can #shoplocal without being local, and am thankful Caine's always gets it right. I had to buy a bouquet last minute for a funeral visitation later the same day. I got up early California time to order the flowers in time, so I'm not sure how coherent I was. However, the woman who helped me order the flowers was very friendly and helpful. I told her what I wanted and what I would leave up to the shop to decide. I had a couple colors in mind but didn't know what flowers would go well with what, how much certain flowers would cost, what they had on hand, etc. I just had to trust they'd put together a nice bouquet going off what I wanted. Well, the bouquet turned out better than I'd even imagined! Gorgeous! Often, when I order online, the photos are so much better than what is actually delivered. This time, what I imagined wasn't nearly as grand as what was delivered. So happy with the entire experience! I highly recommend this florist! read more

I ordered $60 in vased fresh flowers, of the florist's choosing, as long as it was bright and "sunny"... "cheerful". It was most important that it be big!!! I specifically told her to "Arrange them in a way that is big and beautiful but not gaudy. I want them to know just how grateful I am". When I saw them at the place they were delivered to I was soooo disappointed. It was obvious she arranged them in her hand and then STUFFED them in the vase. There wasn't any filler like baby's breath or greenery! (And believe me when I say I know what I'm talking about because I was a high-end floral designer at a shop that was small business but had huge clients like WMMS and WMJI for years in my early twenties.) The flower /bunch/ was maybe 6" in diameter. What a waste of money. It looked like it cost HALF of what I paid for it. Sorely disappointed. I will never go to this floral shop again. read more
