Craig wanted to charge me more on top of a service that wasn't even being completed in full. I said I wanted to schedule pool school again so we could take over the care of our pool and he was supposed to have the other owner, Orlando, call me, but instead they decided to just not show up at all and no one bothered to call. I appreciate the refund, but not the insult about my "demeanor" and "vulgar language". As I said, calling me about the service not being done, but wanting only to talk to me about charging me more for something that didn't cost extra previously on top of not receiving all of the services we were supposed to, was indeed sh****, and that was the extent of my vulgar language.
