The Director, David, made us feel comfortable through the process and worked diligently to get my pool up sooner than the original plan. I noticed issues with the quality of the work that should have been caught and corrected before the job was considered finished. When concerns were brought to the company's attention, the response was disappointing, and I was left feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not justify the cost, and I would advise others to thoroughly inspect all work and get clear commitments regarding quality standards before hiring this company. Most recently they came out to fix an uneven tile and again the workmanship is very poor.
