She has an opinion. It's almost as if she would go grab the OPPOSITE of whatever my daughter said she liked. She never asked us what we thought and never gave anyone a chance to get a word in at all. I have pics from the day and it looks like my daughter is about to cry. So, if a bride is looking to cry on what is supposed to be a lovely and memorable day - this is your place! My daughter finally just turned around and said "I just want to leave" - and so we did. She also found out later that they had contacted her fiancé to write her a letter and they would give it to her. He did. They didn't. We knew that there was another girl there by the same name. Maybe she got it?? Don't know. Also, they never called her for follow up which they said they would. That's okay though because she never wants to hear from them again.

Used another repair service to help with installation the next day. I also called multiple times to check on part order status with Hittman, and they committed to doing a quick check after which they'd call me back either "within a few mins" or "by the end of the day", but most times they never called back.
