They're all volunteers & veterans except for BobbiC, and they are amazing. I have a family now. A new family that is veteran solid & looking out for us. Even if the Service dog isn't enough, they find us other places to go to get help. After being out of the service since 2005, this is one of the best veteran organizations I have come across. My older dog had her first seizure a week before we were set to leave on our two week honeymoon and I was so nervous to board her but Bobby reassured me she would be taken care of and that they would give her extra love and attention. I would recommend this place to everyone and am sad that we wont be able to use them anymore due to us moving out of state. My dogs were always excited when we pulled up and were clearly happy to see the staff.

Today I visited this Petco and went to the restroom before shopping. It was disgusting! Toilet…read morepaper all over the floor of the entire bathroom, the large rolls of toilet paper not in holders but propped up, waste cans full and toilets were gross. The toilet bowls were dirty with waste and mold growing at the water line in every stall as I looked for the cleanest one. Then when I went to wash my hands I noticed a container of wipes at one of the sinks thinking it was part of the other trash in there. I used the soap dispenser then went to rinse my hands. Not one sink worked! They have motion sensors to make the water come on. Could that be the reason for the wipes??? Went to paper towel dispenser to wipe my soapy hands that were unable to wash off and guess what... empty!! Not only is the bathroom not checked nearly enough but there is no way the toilets have been properly cleaned in months with the disgusting waste and mold growing at the waterline. There were many employees working today. Why is there not a bathroom timeline where employees are responsible and initial each time it's cleaned and or checked??? Petco is a large chain with plenty enough employees to keep up with the bathrooms. I blame management for not ever keeping up with this because as I said it did not get as bad as it is over night or even over weeks! I should have taken pictures but was too much in a hurry to get out of there!
