I called and asked if they ship. They said they do, and I knew it was time to order. I placed an order for 15 lbs of smoked boudin. The shipping was $118, the boudin $159. 100% worth it. She took my order, and the next day they sent me the shipping info. It came the following day. The boudin was shipped frozen, and in a styrofoam cooler, with some dry ice. Packed into a secure box. When I unpacked it, the boudin was still frozen solid. I let a pack defrost overnight and cooked it today for a late lunch. The house smelled heavenly while it was heating up. It tasted marvelous, and I look forward to eating a pack each month. Thank you for making it completely easy to get my fix.

Well, much like what often happens --- it feeds WAY more! The young lady who took my order on the phone was very polite, and the gentleman who was there when i picked it up was also very friendly.
