Walking in the girls working that day were so friendly and helpful. I ordered an assortment of pastries. Cinnamon roll, strawberry puff pastry, chocolate chip cookie, cupcake, strawberry cream pastry and pistachio cream filled pastry. Prices are fair and there's so many options to choose from it's a bit overwhelming because I'm indecisive and want to try everything lol The pastries were all fresh and the ingredients were as well. The cream fillings in the pastries were fluffy and light. I wish the strawberry choux bun had a stronger strawberry flavor as it really tasted like just cream as well as the pistachio pastry. That section has been replaced with the Olive Mill's service bar. The retail shop has expanded - still the oils and vinegars that we know and love, but also other dry sundries like pasta, spices and seasonings. There's a little deli area with loaves of bread, focaccia, fresh cheese. And there's the spa merch - for soaps, balms, and the like. They still offer tours as well. The food is still outstanding. There is a lot of seating inside and out. But it does get VERY BUSY, so yes- during peak brunch hours it can be very hard to find a table. I don't go often enough, but love it every time I go.

I love the online ordering system too! My only complaint is their rewards system! I have spent money and had numerous orders year after year and have NEVER (seriously) received a single reward or a single coupon like they promise. Never got that Bday Bundt like they promise- NOT A SINGLE REWARD/ DISCOUNT, etc. Their loyalty rewards program is a total scam. My mom always gets them and her birthday reward and in over the five years I have received nothing. I was told at first it's different from store to store. Second, I somehow didn't even have an account (as I was logged in viewing all my past orders on the phone with them ) and thirdly, just gave up trying after visiting the Scottsdale location. What bothers me most is when I had to buy one in Scottsdale in February this year they told me they couldn't find me AGAIN and my purchase would only qualify for that specific location too. I suppose my recommendation is to find an actual location that utilizes the reward system and only order from them for every single event- that is definitely not our QC location. My mother has told me she has had the same problems and literally drives to farther locations to purchase due to this. Unfortunately, QC is so distant and with the chaos of kids, work, school, volunteer- I just can't and that is just ABSURD. Please fix this- customers shouldn't be subjected to their loyalty based on the franchise location to honor it! If you're going to have a rewards system- make it fair for every customer!
