Until this week, I had never tried a gluten-free treat from Nothing Bundt Cakes... and wow, I've seriously been missing out! My coworkers surprised me with the lemon raspberry GF cake, and it was such a treat. The cream cheese frosting was perfectly smooth and rich, and the cake itself was incredibly moist and packed with flavor (my fellow GF friends know that's no small feat!). They had a clean shop and the cake was ready on time and easy to arrange pick up! Huge shoutout to Nothing Bundt Cakes--you've won me over! Yes, we love our cakes and get them for bdays and such; esp if I have too much going on to bake and decorate one. We have never been disappointed- red velvet and lemon are our favorites! I love the online ordering system too! My only complaint is their rewards system! I have spent money and had numerous orders year after year and have NEVER (seriously) received a single reward or a single coupon like they promise. Never got that Bday Bundt like they promise- NOT A SINGLE REWARD/ DISCOUNT, etc. Their loyalty rewards program is a total scam. My mom always gets them and her birthday reward and in over the five years I have received nothing. I was told at first it's different from store to store. Second, I somehow didn't even have an account (as I was logged in viewing all my past orders on the phone with them ) and thirdly, just gave up trying after visiting the Scottsdale location. What bothers me most is when I had to buy one in Scottsdale in February this year they told me they couldn't find me AGAIN and my purchase would only qualify for that specific location too. I suppose my recommendation is to find an actual location that utilizes the reward system and only order from them for every single event- that is definitely not our QC location. My mother has told me she has had the same problems and literally drives to farther locations to purchase due to this. Unfortunately, QC is so distant and with the chaos of kids, work, school, volunteer- I just can't and that is just ABSURD. Please fix this- customers shouldn't be subjected to their loyalty based on the franchise location to honor it! If you're going to have a rewards system- make it fair for every customer! read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes has one of my favorite sweet treats, and it's especially fun to see these bundt cakes at parties, birthdays, etc. They offer small cakes, the bundtinis, medium sized bundtlets, as well as larger cakes. You can go to into the store to order there, but they also have the option to order ahead online for pickup. Of the variety of flavors they order, the red velvet cake, carrot cake, and white chocolate raspberry are my favorites. They have many other flavors too, like chocolate, strawberries & cream, etc. plus some seasonal options month after month. Follow them on social media or sign up for their emails to get a glimpse of those. This store itself is located at Ellsworth Loop, which has a pretty busy parking lot. Life is batter with cake! It's been a couple years since I've had a Nothing Bundt Cake so I thought why not? I decided to visit the Queen Creek location and was greeted right away. The vibe in the store was super and inviting, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I decided to try the Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookie and one of my all-time faves, the White Chocolate Raspberry. I've been a huge fan of Nothing Bundt Cakes for many years, and one thing I love is their consistent quality. Even though my last visit to NBC was in a different state, these cakes looked and tasted just as amazing as I remembered! They were perfectly moist and sweet, and even the gluten-free cake was delightful. Pro tip: If you're anything like me and can't wait to dig in, be sure to bring your own fork! You can never get tired walking into this store. The smell is divine and i love that there is always the sample corner. I can't help but try at least three pieces while i wait for my order. My absolute fave is always the red velvet. It's so moist, delicious, and you don't get tired of the flavor. The Bundt cakes are always awesome, and the ones from here are no exception. The Red Velvet cake is to die for, it's super moist and with the oh so awesome cream cheesed icing! The staff are patient and friendly and it's a clean store to be sure. It's just a shame it's located in the corner of a strip mall that has a total dumpster fire of a parking lot both in terms of parking, entering and exiting. They have an area to park for curbside pickup. I got there a little early and expected to wait since I knew they weren't open. To my surprise someone came up and asked my name and said she'd get it for me....jt was a pleasant surprise because I was picking it up for friends who came into town to visit. My only experience with Nothing Bundt Cakes has been what I have gotten at the Gilbert Farmers Market or through fundraisers at my school, but today, I experienced the actual store and I was overall impressed. I tried a different gluten free flavor this time around and I definitely prefer the chocolate chip one, but overall I am pleased with the product. If I could go above five stars, I would. I can't exactly remember their names but I think it was Riley, Bella and Ella, but they are the sweetest girls I have ever met. I called at around 7:59 because I had just gotten off of work seeing if they would stay open for me just two more minutes and they did. me and my best friend have been having the worst week of our lives and I really wanted to cheer her up and surprise her with the cake. as pretty deep in Gilbert. When I heard the Queen Creek location was opening, Myself, and pretty much everyone around me, was pretty excited! I was waiting, patiently for an opportunity to go there, and when my next-door neighbor had her birthday, I decided it was time. I was able to, easily order online for next day pick up. Upon arrival, parking is plentiful in the lot, there was a booth set up outside promoting something, and the place is adorable. I was expecting it to be much more basic, streamlined, but there is a lot of personality in there. As well as all of the people working there were incredibly nice. I got so many compliments being there just in less than Two minutes I had stepped foot in the place. I didn't have to wait long, even though the place was pretty busy. There was super nice girl who came up to me right away to asked me what I needed. I told her I had ordered online, she ran back, got my cake, and I was off! My next-door neighbor loves red velvet, and I love strawberry! I want got one of each. My family and I shared the strawberry one and it was delicious. For five dollars, it's completely shareable for four people, and definitely a bang for your buck. It was cold, fresh, and perfectly packaged. Great service! The line was out the door, but they got the line down surprisingly quickly! I stopped in and thought I was in trouble because I didn't preorder, but they were able to service me. It was for my husbands bday so they decorated the cake for me. It was an additional charge which I didn't mind because where can you go on the same day to have a bday cake ready and decorated? I was very pleased with the service and the cake was delicious!!!!! There was one tiny set back which was the frosting on the cake wasn't perfect. Did a pickup order on 12/30/2023 for a celebration at the office party. We were so disappointed to find a hair baked into the vanilla cake and the red velvet had a strange taste as well. After finding the hair we decided we'd had enough cake and tried to bring it back to the store for a refund. The shift lead who helped us was confused on how to do the refund and "find the order" and told me she would have her manager call me back on 1/2 after 35 minutes of waiting in the lobby. Manager tells me there's an error in their system and she would reach out to IT in order to process a refund. Cut to 2 days later Megan's on the phone telling me because they can't find the order due to an error on THEIR END that they couldn't do a refund. So you took my $113 gave us an inedible cake, wasted our time and then refused to make it right. Suffice to say we will be avoiding nothing Bundt cakes in the future. I tried Nothing Bundt Cakes for the first time to see what they were like. I was sadly disappointed as they were dry and not moist at all. The icing was not tasty. The prices once again as all restaurants have established are ridiculously high for what you get. I tried a couple of flavors red velvet and vanilla and I can't say either one outshined the other.
