He was so friendly and proud of his product I grabbed a few more than I would have normally. He said they start baking at 2:30 in the morning and sell until they are sold out that day. I came in around 11am and they still had plenty to choose from, so not sure what it looks like earlier in the morning, but it was also a Thursday.
