She said that day they didn't sell many of the pastries so she gave them away at the end of the day. This location is much more convenient to me than Georgetown as I don't like driving downtown. What a bummer. I'm so happy Chelsea partakes in this market because it's closer to me now that I live in Maryland. It's cheesy, but the lack of tomato sauce and the dough/bread being underwhelming/ weak really ruins the taste experience. Overall, it seems that Gemelli has definitely fallen off in terms of the quality & taste that I've enjoyed previously. Don't know if I'd be back, but I do know that their chicken parm and polpette subs are still worthy choices in my eyes.
