A second attempt to schedule a week later goes completely unanswered. Based on the shoddy work last time and the "lol" and no response, I think I'm good on this place. Oh, and by the way, I recommended my roommate go here and her crochet locs was so damn tight, her scalp split open in multiple places - sores, scabs and bleeding. Her prices are RIDICULOUSLY OUTRAGES which is weird considering she doesn't have a clue what she's doing. She also pressures you to buy all her hair products. Along with my brother's bad experience, OJ's salon in general was a very unprofessional setting. She charged me $50 and wasted $15 worth of hair to not give me the style I wanted and the work she did was sloppy. I thought I could make it work but after looking at the pictures and seeing everyone's reaction when I say how much I paid. I was hoping to make her my braider, but not after I seen her work. That's why I contacted Jewel. I noticed her placement of the links and knew she had good technique! She has been my extensions for some time now and I have NEVER had a problem! Extensions must be properly combed, washed and wrapped in order to maintain the hair. I'm blown away by all the negative reviews!! ‍ they didn't even give the stylist a chance to fix the problem. It's a shame that people are so cowardly and attack a business online instead of working it out. This is an honest review. I have not been paid or compensated.
