Super disappointed. Went in on Monday and by Wednesday all the lashes had fallen off. I have had lashes before and never had this issue. By the time I got home Monday noticed some shedding (Only live 10 minutes away) By Tuesday morning they looked uneven and this morning it was just a joke and removed what was left by barely touching them. Not a good job. I really like the person who did the work, but I've never had issues and this was very disappointing to spend $210 + 40.00 Tip and have this happen. Live and learn I guess. I have paid about $200 for these eyelashes total, but they still will not stay on. I have given a 2 star review because the first time, they scheduled me for a complimentary fill in. All was well after that, but just like the first time, after 8-10 days, the eyelashes have a gap in them; normally a few fall out in an even fashion. There is a gaping hole on each eye this time after the fill, so I am trying to schedule an appointment to get them removed. Did not do a good job... I heard you're not supposed to feel a thing but I did. It was painful... I went back to get a fill and it felt like she was just yanking them off which was painful. I was taken as a walk-in to get my eyebrows with tinting done and introduced to Ms Shanti. She is very professional and confident about her craft, which makes you feel like you're in good hands. Way too much money compared to other places. The lash installers each work for themselves so prices can vary, but not by much. I've been there twice and both times I felt I over paid, and both different lash installers were quiet and standoffish. The first time, the lashes lasted about a month. Another time I made a last minute reservation. A few days later I wasn't feeling well and called the lash installer the day before just to let her know and that I could wear a mask if she wanted. Before I could finish even talking, SHE cancelled the service and charged my card 150.00 cancel fee!!! (That's 50.00 more than what I pay now for a full set light volume service!). I don't like giving negative reviews, but I've had two negative, overpriced experiences at this point. Up until I ended up here, I was going to a place in Parkland for several years until my lash installer moved to Texas. I go elsewhere in South Hill now and pay HALF of what they charge and have an awesome lash installer. There are PLENTY of good lash places in South Hill that charge around 100.00 or less for a full set. It's been 5 months since that last horrible experience and I'm still angry about it! I go out of my way to come here because their results and quality is well worth it! Such a cute little salon, each room is private, the beds are comfy, they keep it a comfortable temperature inside, they have a little complimentary snack and coffee bar, and cutesy little beauty products too! Kiah is my favorite lash artist, she does beautiful work, plays good music and or podcasts (depending on what we're feeling!), I always get tons of complements about my lashes, and they will last me looking good as new up to 3 weeks after they're done! I cannot say if the service was bad or good because I cannot seem to get in this happened last year as well so it hasn't changed. Also the level of lash artist doesn't make sense, either you're certified or you're not, be it classic, hybrid or volume. It's not good business practices or ethical to ask a potential customer for their credit card right out of the gate and charge their card the entire amount for services prior to an appointment just to hold the appointment. read more

I used to have these crazy expensive lashes (back home in Hawaii) where fills were $100. Then I had cheap nail salon extensions which pulled my lashes out- so I've seen it all. I got a set done before I moved up and was anxious about finding a place to do my fill. Although i'm staying in Tacoma, I chose LOL because of their reviews and the price point for a new client fill. Mikaela did my new fill, asked me about if i was happy with the set I had, they were very curly (not cat eye) and I said yes. I fell asleep a couple times, and after 1.5 hours my set was even fuller than than the original set hehe. they stayed fine and looked great! I've seen Bailey for a fill and she was super sweet, they're super helpful in figuring out what lash look you want to go for, a little longer, a little curlier etc. I got a fill with someone else a couple weeks later and a week after that, one lash started to pull on my eyelid. I called LOL and they scheduled me with a level 3 to check it out. She was sweet and took a look, removed the problem quickly and even filled in a couple lashes so I wouldn't have a bare spot! all for no charge. I love a company that will do a fix if you need it, very easy to schedule - for weekdays I'd recommend trying to schedule 1.5 weeks before, and weekends are hard to come by unless you're a month out. But they're great about putting you on a wait list for weekend cancellations. I left a voicemail begging for a last minute Saturday, and I got a call that there was a cancellation and they got me in the next day! Super cute office, and fills are only $50+ depending on the level technician! and you get a welcome bag with wands, a foam pump bottle and instructions on mixing up a lash soap! This is AMAZING service compared to Hawaii, for a insanely cheap price! Great service for the price, you all in puyallup are lucky! read more

First off this place is gorgeous! All the beds are memory foam, the rooms are clean, and the staff is very professional. My appointment was great & my lashes turned out great. They even fixed my previous disaster & never made me feel bad. The prices are reasonable and definitely worth it. I really hate to give them a bad review but I feel this is needed. This was my first experience with lash extensions and I thought I chose the best place based on the great reviews I have read and recommendations from friends. I thought I was getting high quality lash applications and sadly I have never felt so taken advantage of and had my trust betrayed when it comes to my beauty and health. The first time I had them done at Lash Out Loud, they turned out great. The first fill was good as well. They looked beautiful and I loved them. The facility is nice and their instruments are clean and sterile. So of course I was thinking I made the right decision. The second fill is when things went south. To start, after a couple days after my second fill I started to have a sharp pain, swelling, and redness at my lash line. I was nearly brought to tears because it was so painful and when I tried to call (it was the weekend, which they say they are open), no one answered the phone. I ended up having to pull out the lash that I thought was irritating my eye and noticed it was 3 lash extensions attached to 2 of my natural lashes, all stuck together, which after some research I learned is completely WRONG. Sadly, that was not the only lash that was irritating my eye. I pulled off another and it was 2 lash extensions glued together onto 2 of my lashes all clumped together. I have tried calling to get a fill for the now empty spot where the bad lashes were and to also explain my situation with them in person, and I keep getting that they will put me on a wait list... (Yes, it is the holidays and they're busy, but still very frustrating). ( SEE my uploaded photo of the clumped pulled out lashes). Another frustrating aspect is they should not be taking on new clients if their schedule does not permit it. They never have availability for fills and every time I needed a fill I was put on a wait list and told I would be called if something comes up... I am truly bummed that they did not live up to the great reviews. It is hard to put trust in someone when it comes to my health and beauty, especially when I pay so much for the best. I asked the gal on the phone if they accept new clients, and she said yes, so I asked to make an appointment, which at that point she told me they are booked out for months. I'm not sure how you're suppose to accept new clients if they can't get you in for months at a time. Even if I were to make an appt for a full set of lashes, 3 months out, how can I expect to make an appt in 3-4 weeks for a fill? I was super bummed, as I'm new to the area and this place had great reviews online, so I thought I would try it out and maybe it would be my new lash salon close to our new home. Being that there is an option of which level-artists you wanted (hours of experience at Lash Out Loud) & having prices vary from the levels is great. Got my extensions done for the first time by Jordan (who is now a level 1 artist) & I just love her! She is very engaging & did an amazing job; she knew exactly what I wanted & I left extremely satisfied, especially for what I paid. My lashes lasted for a good 3 wks before I needed a fill. Raised their prices during Covid. Most expensive lash place in The south end. Also charge you a "Covid fee" all the good artists have left and the girls that are there are crap. You can tell they haven't had proper training. The owners green and ego have gotten in the way of what her business used to be. I was excited when I booked my appointment, when I arrived I was greeted with smiles and cupcakes!!! Very relaxed environment.... when it was my turn Nina made me feel like I have been there many times before... she was very helpful in answering all my questions then made me feel comfortable when I fell asleep during the procedure... it was so easy to do that when you are sooo relaxed. When the procedure was over I was ECSTATIC at how long my lashes were. I don't even need to wear any mascara and little eyeliner.
