Jinny took her time to help me decide my look I wanted, then thinned out my hair before she put the perming solution and curlers in. Once the curlers go on, they get plugged in to heat for about 10 minutes! When things are done cooking I had to wait for them to cool before she applied the neutralizing solution and then washed it out and helped me style it. Jinny also took the time to teach newbie-me how to style and care for my new hair, as well as post-perm instructions. She even went above and beyond and was available by phone when I panicked and thought I ruined my hair the next day. Luckily it turned out fine and my curls are still going strong 4 months later! My morning routine starts with watering my hair down in the morning, wrapping it in a towel for a few minutes, then working some wax thru my hair and it is ready for the day - so quick and so pretty.
