I asked her to remove my credit card from my account. My husband kept his subscription and we changed that to his credit card. On 3/23/36, my credit card was again charged the monthly subscription price of 89.95. I did not notice this until I was checking my account around 4/10/26. When I called, the woman on the phone said: "I called you". In checking my phone, there was a message that she had called. So, I asked for a refund or reversal to my card and nothing happened. So I just spent 89.95 for no service, that is fraud in my book. Today, was checking my account again and my card was charged $50 on 5/19/26 for a service my husband had. I called again and a very apologetic woman said she would take the card off both accounts. So treatment service is great. Mishandling money is unacceptable.
