This past September 2017 I needed translations from Romanian to English and from French to English for USCIS. All translations were great and accepted by USCIS. They translate and ensure the format is as close as possible to the original document. In 2016 I lost one translation and I reached out to their office to find out if they had it in their archive. Within 24h I received a copy of my lost translation. I also like the system they use to pay for the translations. It's very quick and efficient. Dealing with paperwork can be very time consuming. I didn't provide 5-stars because I was sur-charged 50¢ to leave a USPS item with their outgoing USPS mail ...?! (5x7 padded mailer with the pre-paid return shipping label already attached). I'm not crazy about that policy. It would be one thing if they were printing a label, providing packaging and bubble wrap, and/or affixing the label, but since they didn't do any of the above, I think it's teetering close to price-gauging (unreasonable, at the very least). USPS delivers mail to 6221 Van Nuys Blvd. (and picks up outgoing mail) for free. I think the surcharge for leaving a piece of outgoing mail with them is unwarranted and lame.
