I needed a birth certificate translated and certified for immigration purposes , Ernesto explained to me exactly what was needed and also forwarded me more information prior to me using his services. He explained Notary and certification, I thought there both the same. This made me content and made me look I further and used his services. For translations, it is not enough that someone speaks another language, for this type of service you really need to trust the services you hire and that is why I am writing this review. I know they know what they are doing and I trust them. These are important meetings and documents that get translated and not just anyone can do it, they really need to be qualified to do the process right. If I could give less than one star I would. The person who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I was looking for someone to certify translated documents for me and when I asked him if they do that he said "there might be errors in the documents and we need to fix them" I told him well that would be the next step you either give me back my documents or I ask you to go ahead with the editing and his response was "no thank you, find somewhere else" how rude and unprofessional!! I wonder what is wrong with him. If you cant be professional then simply don't take a customer service job!
