I needed an urgent birth certificate translation for the Immigration. After searching online, I decided to look for local business instead and STC came up. I messaged several other business, but STC were the first to answer and their quote was fair. It was a Friday morning and they had the translation ready by end of day. There was 2 pick up location option, Encino or Westwood. They could not have been more accommodating. A few days later, USPS lost the letter which contained the certified translation. I emailed Silene and once again she emailed me back immediately and offered to mail me a hard copy asap. It was received a few days later. Starting working on paper in the evening and I got my paper at evening on Saturday. Also they did some correction over Saturday night and give me the complete paper on Sunday morning. I could not recommend STC enough! I needed a birth certificate to be translated and certified asap, but did not know of any places. So I made a google search, and must have called about 5 different places before finding STC. All places charged $100-200 per page and gave me an estimate of 4-5 business days. Finally, I found STC's number. Their customer service was more than excellent. They had me drop it off on that same day (Friday), and they had it ready for me the next morning, for no extra charge! ($35/page). To top it off, their business hours are very long, which is very practical for customers as it meets everyone's needs, and they were available on the weekend!
