All 7 of us wanted to take her home to be our personal assistant. Edith spoiled us. Never have I experienced a limo service that I want to tell everyone use when in Paso Robles. Edith with Cal Limo is just fantastic! I've now used Cal Limo twice since visiting Paso Robles and recommend it highly. Edith was able to give my group great suggestions for new wineries to try and she also took note that my sister-in-law is pregnant, so she suggested a last minute Olive Oil tasting that was wonderful and engaging for all of us. My sister-in-law was especially appreciative! Edith is the true definition of customer service and her pricing is very reasonable. This is my first review on yelp, but because Edith was so amazing I couldn't pass up this opportunity to thank her! Unfortunately great customer service seems hard to find these days, but Edith went above and beyond for our wine tasting group. At each of our destinations the employees even mentioned how we had the best driver in town and were in good hands! At the end of our wine tasting trip we were being dropped off in town for dinner, and then walking to a local bar to listen to a band play, and then Uber home. Edith knew it would be an inconvenience for us purchase wine and bring it to a bar after, so she offered to meet us the following day to drop off all of our things! read more

My husband and I booked Edith for a day of wine tasting in Paso Robles. Neither of us had been there before so we asked for suggestions. She asked us a few questions to better understand our tastes and budget. She was very flexible when we made some changes to our itinerary. She gave us some great recommendations and even suggested a stop at an olive oil farm. We both really enjoyed the stop. It was a nice change of pace. My husband hired Edith to chauffeur the two of us around the Edna Valley and SLO for a romantic birthday celebration (mine). He surprised me, by having Cal Limo come pick me up at our house and from there we went to three different wineries and dinner downtown to follow. The limo is exquisite. Very classy and one of the best looking limousines we've had the privilege of riding in (we've been in quite a few in the last decade). The interior is clean, comfortable and luxurious. Edith was professional, accommodating and just an all-around pleasant person to be around. She went out of her way to assist us in and out of the limo, made sure we were comfortable, and provided complimentary champagne! While at the wineries, she brought us our picnic lunch, went between our table outside and the tasting room to get our next tasting, and took care of any wine purchases we made. An added bonus is that Edith had a camera with her and offered to take pictures of us! To me, that was a small detail that made an impact. Too often, my husband and I are alone for date night or special celebrations and have no one to take our picture, so this was so appreciated! She even sent them to us via email the next day! I would highly recommend Cal Limo to anyone, but especially to other locals in SLO County who are looking to escape for an afternoon or evening in style! read more

My friends and I used Cal Limo for a wine tasting day in the Paso Robles area. Edith was truly fantastic! She went *way* above and beyond her duties -- she helped plan the itinerary (we gave her a list of 8 wineries to choose from, she chose 4-5 and planned the route plus she made all of our reservations for us), she made sure we always had what we needed (whether that was water, parmesan cheese for our pizza, or an emesis bag handy), and she helped us find tables/seating that would accommodate our group at wineries, and she did all of these without us having to ask. Her customer service skills are impeccable! She is very sweet, friendly and very hard working. She anticipated our needs with a smile, but also gave us space. The limo was really nice as well. Edit is amazing. This is the second time we used her services. We first discovered her 2 plus years ago for a guys weekend in Paso Robles for my friends 50th birthday. We used her sedan since there was just two of us - incredible service. This time there were three of us, so we used the limo. Edith is great. Each time we bought wine, she just wisked it away and put it in the trunk - all labeled so we knew who bought what. She had our lunch taken care of and set it up on a sunny little patio. She talked to all the wineries to make sure they took good care of us and she hooked us up at a few wineries that we could not get in without her. She is extremely organized, emailed to give me updates as our reservation approached, was very detail oriented, extremely polite, great personality, genuinely wanted to help in any way possible. Her Jaguar limo is kept impeccably clean and is such a unique beauty compared to the other limos that I have seen. After working with her on a wedding, I was excited to wok with her again and with my anniversary right around the corner, I decided a wine tasting trip was in order. From the moment we set up the trip(about a month in advance), Edith was in communication with me, suggesting wineries to visit, places to eat and allowing me to change my mind over and over again with what we actually wanted to do.We ended up choosing a winery to visit that was in the middle of nowhere and was extremely challenging to drive to in a low Jaguar limo. I felt horrible and knew Edith was probably ripping her hair out the entire time, but there was never any words of discontent or negativity while it was happening. She handled the situation so graciously! After we got through that, the remainder of the day was such a fun experience thanks to Edith and her incredible hospitality. She was beyond prepared and was ahead of us every minute of the day with having water and champagne stocked in the limo, writing our names on the wine that we purchased so it didn't get mixed in with our friends and available at a moments notice to take a picture for us and capture the memories of our perfect day.
