With short notice, I was having a hard time finding a print shop that would accommodate me. I finally found Manny and his team at Express Sign & Graphics and they made the impossible possible! LET ME JUST SAY - it's always important to respect a business's normal turnaround time and to be mindful of other orders they may have to fulfill. When I inquired, I was ready to receive and accept a firm "unfortunately, we cannot" from them, but to my surprise, they were able to make this happen. I sent Manny my order request with a mockup, he sent me the invoice, I paid it, and he gave me a pickup date and time. When I came to pickup my order a few days later, it was packed in a box, ready and waiting for me! Before I left the shop, Manny showed me the final product and it was perfect! After one week when I called him back he told me to reduce the size of signs in order to reduce the cost. Totally fake, irresponsible, lack of communication and poor quality of work.
