Written and later official estimate was given, and the cost, part, work was exactly as quoted (aside from plywood needed for the garage) On is very genuine and respectful. He maintains a very high level of communication, and you just feel greatly welcomed when talking to him. Out of the 4 days of work done, On is pretty much there every day to inspect and verify proper work is done by the crew. When the crew do finish their work at the end of each day, there is NO mess left behind in the house/garden. Everything is cleaned up and nearly placed by the wall. They came to do the roof inspection when we were purchasing a new home, and they found numerous issues with the shingle roof, roof deck, gutter, etc. They were all fixed by Capitol Roofing within a few short weeks of request and signing repair request. They delivered as promised, as well as a few other things my insurance inspector requested. I cannot be more happy with their work. Most homeowners under-appreciate how critical the roof's function is, it literally is a shield that protects all of your belongings from getting wet and grow mold. There is one closet that is damp and growing mold, this should have fixed the root cause!

Some was so bad that you could literally see exposed underlayment. I was only able to catch this due to a bathroom window I have that just happen to overlook it. If I got the work done on a different part of the roof, probably would never have noticed. And would never be able to call them to address it, so keep that in mind. What's worse is that since the roof work there was no major rain for 16 month, which is outside of the 12 month warranty. So I guess if you never put their roof to the test against mother nature then I guess it's perfect service. But the first time it's suppose to do its job it fails to do so. At this point I'm not sure what they did mess up my tiles and take my money for the privilege. I would literally be in a better position had I not paid them to do "work" on my roof. I tried contacting them several times and met with the cold shoulder. I'm probably just going to eat my losses here but if you're considering them, just be warned.
