Update: I had a new roof leak problem on Christmas Eve and Adrian came to inspect after I emailed them and do a water test on Christmas Day. They did additional patching and water proofing we will test to see if this fixes it. I am very appreciative. Capitol Roofing came highly recommended by my realtor. They came to do the roof inspection when we were purchasing a new home, and they found numerous issues with the shingle roof, roof deck, gutter, etc. They were all fixed by Capitol Roofing within a few short weeks of request and signing repair request. They delivered as promised, as well as a few other things my insurance inspector requested. I cannot be more happy with their work. Most homeowners under-appreciate how critical the roof's function is, it literally is a shield that protects all of your belongings from getting wet and grow mold. Phenomenal service received by Capital Roofing and their entire team. Initially getting a hold of them was a bit challenging but once you're in, they take care of you and respond promptly. I got my rear flat roof replaced after 10yrs due to recent leaks spotted. The team came out on time every morning to start work, they all dressed professionally and acted well mannered on-site. Management would be on site, they took care of inspections and once done for the day, they cleaned up after themselves as other contractors tend to leave trash around, they took the extra time to clean up and leaf blow once the day ended. My roof looks phenomenal and should last me at least 15yrs. They even found the exact replacement terracotta tile for the perimeter of the roof, which made my day, I loved that tile! The price was fair for the quality materials and labor. I will be hiring them for my front roof replacement with terracotta tiles. read more

I had no idea how happy I could be with a new roof. The service and pricing were as excellent as they could possibly be and on top of all that, the team was an absolute delight to have around. I had a panic moment after the installation began about the color of the shingles that I approved. We are so fortunate to have found Adrian and his company. I received five quotes for our roof, and he was the only one who actually got on a ladder to inspect and give a comprehensive bid. Adrian is very experienced and stands by the reputation of his work, his crew, and company to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. Our roof is very difficult, with a steep pitch, as well as some flat areas, for which he ended up using a roll-out product that looks great. His crew removed three layers of asphalt shingle, as well as the original wood shake, installed all new plywood, and did an amazing job installing new shingles. They even replaced some of the fascia that had been rotting. They did an excellent job cleaning the job site after each day, and it took a total of seven working days to complete our project. He worked with my wife and I to place the vents in places where they would be less visible, but still effective. I can already feel the house is cooler as it's starting to warm up.
