We landed on a stunning light grey tile countertop with a white tile that matches our pool -- all beautifully crafted. When we wanted last-minute changes, the team was on it. Quick installation, wrapped up just in time for us to smoke a Thanksgiving turkey on our brand new smoker! Jesse was incredibly communicative the whole way through, always responsive over text and happy to stop by in person to answer questions. When the job was done, the patio was left absolutely spotless -- every box and scrap hauled away. The under-counter LED lighting at night is a fantastic touch we didn't expect. Prices are above moderate to expensive. They have beautiful patio tables here, fountains, chairs, etc.. but shopping here is pricey. Getting a sales associate to help me with questions was a lengthy wait. Seemed like it was a skeleton crew the day I walked in. Calling store and asking questions would probably be a quicker method than walking in. I wasn't impressed with customer service but selection of patio furniture was nice.

The quality has been great, and it's really nice that you can select a custom fabric for the same price as just the regular beige (it takes longer to get a custom color, but worth it). We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule. The guys that delivered it were terrific and we are really thrilled with our purchase. We're planning to go back and get another couple of umbrellas.

ILLEGALLY TOWING CARS!!!! This business printed out a…read more"Leslie's parking only" sign on a piece of printer paper and laminated it, taped it to the wall and is ACTUALLY TOWING CARS. The store is located in the countryside marketplace which we all know has about 3500 parking spots in it. I parked in the shade as close to the Menifee animal hospital as I could, unloaded my sick pup and toddler out of the car and all of the sudden have this irate woman screaming at me that I can't park there it's only for the Leslie's customers. To avoid any conflict I simply stated I will be shopping in that store after my appointment and entered the vet, within a few minutes I see the same girl pacing up and down the sidewalk in front of the vet and came in communicating to the vet employees that 2 cars were being towed and had a picture of my car! So for the next twenty minutes of me sitting in the waiting room this Leslie's associate is pacing up and down the sidewalk in front of the vet as if she is trying to intimidate me. After my appointment was finished I walked into Leslie's to speak to a manager and was beyond horrified to find out the irate employee IS the manager.. regardless I took her phone number since she had conveniently disappeared at that time only to walk out and see a TOW TRUCK pulling in the parking lot. I stopped the tow truck driver and asked him how it was legal for anybody to call and have cars towed from this public parking lot and I kid you not he grinned and shrugged his shoulders (maybe he is just as crooked or maybe they are in on it together) The manager at this location is named Sha-tal so when I get home I proceed to call her number, she answers and acknowledges she is indeed sha-tal When I told her who I was she HUNG UP on me! I tried to call back a few times to her number as well as the store and they did not answer for the rest of the day. I contacted the Murrieta location to see if they are all under the same management since I knew I wasn't getting any further with the Menifee location. Shout out to James for being as helpful as he could, professional, and down to earth at the same time. I have also spoken to the Menifee police department as well as the property management of the countryside marketplace, although no resolution has been made at this point as I am still waiting on some call backs someone has to stop this nonsense. Nobody has the right to have a vehicle towed from a public parking lot. IT IS THEFT. Getting a managers badge does not give anyone authority to have cars towed. The signage is not legal first of all, and secondly if a car is to be towed either the owner of the building, property manager, or owner of the vehicle are the only people authorized to tow a vehicle from a parking lot. Not a "manager" on a power trip.
