Then went back outside again in the parking lot to make sure they fit on my Mercedes-Benz. The screws fit beautifully! Thanks to Shane, I have a nice and secure license plate + frame now. Garbage company that has idiot employees to boot…read more I ordered a tool set for delivery. It consisted of a full set of SAE and metric wrenches. That set was out of stock so the shopper brought me an SAE set and told me the employee in the tools section told her that metric and SAE are the same exact thing. What? I proceeded to return the tool set to Lowes. It's been upwards of a week and I never received a refund to my card. They must really need the $40. I have only ever frequented this store because it's three miles from my home which is about seven minutes driving time give or take so definitely convenient but every single time, you can't get help and if you do, you're given wrong information. Guess that's why there is the running "joke" about never getting "any assistance at Lowes." I'll stick with Home Depot. A lot further but at least I get my refunds and their employees are knowledgeable.

It's near the Home Depot plaza near Clinton Keith and has plenty of parking. It reminds me of the stores back in Texas, and it's just so fun to see all the stuff in there. They really do sell chicks and ducks! They have a lot of good sales, I got a hummingbird feeder and we got some solar lights that are shaped like tractors, and some seeds. Just random things, but it is really fun walking around. They have everything you could think of and more, and they even have a vet at this location (not sure if that's normal for all locations), but the cashier was so nice. What a fun place to visit for all your gardening/outdoor space needs!

This is such a cool store to come into so it's so sad that they make you feel so unwelcomed. Management needs to step up and make some changes or retrain your employees to at least attempt to look and act like they want to be there. If I was the manager of this store, I would be so pissed that these employees are getting paid and are doing the bare minimum if even that. But, apparently they don't care because it's always a revolving door of unhelpful and impolite workers.
