After being in my apartment for 2 years the deep clean was a great way to start off ahead of the regular cleans. I spoke to Jim on the phone to book the service, and he was really friendly and helpful. He said his wife Rose would be in touch with a quote after I texted some pictures of the room. I don't know who I was texting with in the end. They quoted me $100. The two workers arrived right on time, were very polite, and did a beautiful job! However, they spoke no English and used a phone app to communicate. (You speak into the phone, they read the Portuguese that's generated, then they speak into the phone and it spits out English. Who knows how accurate it is.) I lived in a foreign country for 6 years and while I wasn't fluent, I had basic proficiency in the language... admittedly I worked in an industry where people spoke English, but for day-to-day things I was glad I could read and handle basic conversations. (This was pre-smart phone.) I'd love to hire Rose's Cleaning for their organizing service, but can't imagine how you'd do that with someone you couldn't talk to. They get good reviews for that, so maybe I'll try it. I'm skeptical but interested. If all you need is cleaning it probably doesn't matter that you can't communicate without a phone translator. Their work was beautiful and they were punctual and polite. All of that is great. I'm glad they could fit us in!

They come right to our business with a van and pick everything up. They even have a 24' truck if we have a ton of PC's to get rid of. Whats even better is they make sure nothing is sent to a Landfill and it costs me nothing to recycle the CRT monitors that come into our shop. Compare that to Staples or another place that charges you money to drop off a CRT. We've also given them broken TV's and they took some Medical Equipment from a customer to scrap the metal. Basically, a top notch company to work with. My highest recommendation.
