Sofia really helped out. I live in California but was visiting family on the East Coast, long story short I had issues with roommates back home and suddenly I had to sign a new lease remotely, fast, by the end of the day. I got the news late, and I had to find a notary to print and scan my new leasing agreement with my signature. It was like 10pm and she was open, ready, and incredibly helpful.
