She makes all the cream herself and uses high quality and even seasonal ingredients. Two amazing flavors I like 1) of the cream based flavors try the rose flavored one 2) and if it's in season there is a non-cream/water based berry one that is amazing (some native berry called "garambullo" that I had never tried before). Besides that she has all the regular flavors. Make sure to ask to get your paleta dipped in chocolate too! There is nothing like buying one of her amazing popsicles and walking over to parque juarez or el centro on a sunny day. Or there are lovely chairs right outside in the shade if you need to eat the ice cream immediately!

During my stay I was able to try the ferrero rocher and queso flavors. I loved the ferrero rocher which was super rich and full of actual chocolate pieces. The queso was an unusual pick but I was interested in what it would taste like. It wasn't savory or very cheesy but it similar to sweet cream with a bit of saltiness and texture that you would expect if you mixed mozzarella into ice cream. Really interesting! The part is that it's only about $2 for a scoop and it makes for the perfect treat!
