She was incredibly professional, very responsive, and extremely friendly. She also gave great advice regarding optimal backdrops for the photos. The initial unedited pictures were upfront beautiful and the final product was breathtaking. She caught amazing candid pictures throughout the event and did an awesome job directing the group photos (ie imagine posing a large group composed of both elderly grandparents and 4 year-old grandchildren). She was so polite in helping people position themselves for the picture, while also making them feel very comfortable throughout the process. After our wedding, I realized that I had not taken a single photo and was 100% grateful to have Michelle capture our wedding - she did an outstanding job. The photos we received for our wedding turned out wonderfully -- our families were so happy with them, and we were grateful to have those memories captured. But sadly, we're now past 8 months since our wedding, and we still haven't received our highlight or full video, despite following up several times. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.

The building that this spot is in looks a little rough, but once you enter Kaeo Studios, it's a vibe! There are many businesses that operate in the same building so parking can be limited until 9pm. Our party was in the Trellis Room and the aesthetic is so cute! It's designed to look like a garden and is very spacious. This room can seat about 20/30 people and there is a separate little room for kids or people who don't want to be in the Karaoke mix hehe. There is no food served as it is BYOB and bring your own food. The service is always efficient and awesome. I am hoping to book my mom's party here this year!

Bien was very professional, provided helpful guidance on general posture/stance/hand positioning, and was just overall a fun person to be around (which helps for capturing genuine smiles, since photoshoots can be intimidating). Bien put energy and thought into the location, background, and lighting, which was reflected later in the photos. I was most impressed by how he was able to turn a woodsy area in Hawaii into an alpine scenery. It was raining on and off that day, so it already provided a fall vibe, but Bien's added talent transformed a potentially challenging on-and-off rainy day into an impressively lit, lush, and colorful landscape.
