The initial unedited pictures were upfront beautiful and the final product was breathtaking. Isle Media was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator, and Alan was very quick and prompt in communications. Justin and Josh worked tirelessly with us on the day of, and was incredibly professional and courteous despite a grueling, nearly full day of shooting. They worked closely and in sync with our photographers throughout the day to capture everything from pre-wedding attire changes throughout different parts of the hotel grounds and the beach, the tea ceremony, the actual ceremony, and all the way through until the end of the reception. And were very knowledgeable in providing guidance and instructions throughout the day. Just a quick 2-days after our wedding day, we received a short clip from Justin with highlights of our wedding day that we were able to share with our friends and family on social media. And just a week and a half later, we received our full wedding video with some great clips and montages, including wedding guest best wishes and a beautiful drone shot of the grounds and the majestic Hawaiian waters. The photos we received for our wedding turned out wonderfully -- our families were so happy with them, and we were grateful to have those memories captured. But sadly, we're now past 8 months since our wedding, and we still haven't received our highlight or full video, despite following up several times. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.

We were allowed to being in our own food & drinks, & they were kind enough to allow me to have personal decorations put up before my daughter arrived. I can't tell you firsthand how the karaoke system setup is (the teenagers made the decisions for the night) but I do know the songs were submitted via their phones. There a QR code to scan, etc. Either way, there weren't any mixups with the songs, pretty smooth. They do have a one/ time charge of $3 per person, if I remember correctly that's like a clean up fee. They also offer some small snacks. Various rooms to accommodate all size parties! They're located in Westgate shopping center, upper floor (Thelma's Filipino food & Leeward drive in are downstairs). Bien was very professional, provided helpful guidance on general posture/stance/hand positioning, and was just overall a fun person to be around (which helps for capturing genuine smiles, since photoshoots can be intimidating). Bien put energy and thought into the location, background, and lighting, which was reflected later in the photos. I was most impressed by how he was able to turn a woodsy area in Hawaii into an alpine scenery. It was raining on and off that day, so it already provided a fall vibe, but Bien's added talent transformed a potentially challenging on-and-off rainy day into an impressively lit, lush, and colorful landscape.
