Chris was great! At the very last minute, with no advanced warning, he assisted with outfits and gave honest feedback. He accommodated our special requests of having more pictures of my daughter (for her senior pictures), and then various requests along the way. He did great with the different colors of skin. Usually when we're in pictures together, the darker skinned ones get too dark or the lighter one gets too pale in photos. We stayed at Disney's Aulani Resort and Chris came out to the lawn/beach area in front of the hotel to take our family portraits while we were dressed up to attend the luau later on that night. I am so pleased with how our shoot went and how the pictures came out. Chris is very responsive. I came to Waikiki with my kids and found this company on Yelp. I had no vision expect to leave with great pictures. Chris gave recommendations for locations as well as on attire (colors) which was helpful. The day of the shoot, he made me and my kids comfy, asked lots of questions to ensure all of our needs and any wants were met, and made the experience a great one! He also gave recommendations for local restaurants so the next morning we were able to try Goofy's French toast and omelettes which were almost as good as the pictures produced. The turn around time was also very quick. We wrapped up the shoot around 5:30, and he had our personalized link ready for us to view in less than 48 hours. As I scrolled through the pictures I got emotional. He truly captured us! Our smiles, our playfulness and got all the shots I asked for. My son is graduating high school so I asked for a few for his grad announcements and they're also amazing! If this company was in California, I would recommend it to all my family and friends.
