I tried getting an appointment here via text. They asked for a copy of my license and insurance card. I sent that to them and didn't hear from them. I left a few more texts and then just called in. Every time I called in it would ring for minutes and then I'd get some message and hang up. I was not allowed to leave a message. I then called their billing dept and didn't get an answer but I was able to leave a message. I never heard back from them. All in all they ask for my id and insurance card via text. I give it to them and then they just ignore all of my attempts to contact them. I believe they saw I had an hmo insurance plan and didn't want to take me on with that type of insurance. They then just get your information and essentially blacklist your phone number. They are contractually obligated to take my insurance. They saw it was an hmo and then just ignored me despite me giving them all of my information. What a horrible way to operate a business and refuse someone based on their insurance even though they are in a contract with them. Sorry my insurance wasn't good enough but you are in the hpn database and you are taking on new patients. Simply ignoring my attempts to contact you is just childish. On top of that you have all my personal information. read more

Worst customer service I have seen so far. Two hours and still can not get someone to answer the phone. They disconnect your call after 30 seconds of ringing. And with text, they respond to you once and they stop responding even though you answered their question quickly. Still waiting over an hour for a text back and counting. read more

I just wanted to share my recent experience with Jonnalyn from the answering department. Unfortunately, I was unable to get assistance with my question, and I found the interaction to be unhelpful and unprofessional. When I reached out, I expected clear guidance or at least an effort to properly address my concern. Instead, my question was not resolved, and the manner in which the communication was handled left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. Professionalism and customer support are extremely important, and I definitely feel like Jonnalyn is lacking that. Especially when customers are seeking help. In today's busy world, I like the way text message works to set up an appt at CMG. The response is usually within an hour. On one ocassion, my wife had a terrible cough and colds in Manila, she texted CMG and within 24 hours, they emailed and texted bavk the RX which was on their letterhead with the group's license and Dr's signature. Mercury Drug honored it. We have HMO, Regardless of our insurance policy, NP Conrad Yutoc listens to our concerns. He patiently explains, sometimes with analogy, the result of our bloodwork. Incompetent at best. Doctors won't get your prescriptions to the pharmacy, if they do, the pharmacy says the doctor's directions are incorrect. Good luck getting that fixed. Don't bother trying to leave a message with the "on call" doctor over the weekend. You will never get a response. Used to be a great, reliable medical practice. Now it's a shambles. read more

Have been there for 3 years and have never gotten good servce. Only stayed because of the hassle to change PCP but enough is enough. Have a workers comp claim where I siply need them to write a note stating I have a piece of glass in my hand and they refuse to do so because they do not do Workers Comp cases and would not beneift from this. If you can find another healthcare provider, please do. Worst service and communication I've ever dealt with. Getting a refill on my prescription is frustrating, let alone trying to make an appointment is usually 2-3 weeks out, sometimes a month. They tell you they'll get back to you with a response within 24- 48 hrs.... they never do. I've had to reach back out to get response. Anytime I need a refill, I need all these things completed in order to get my refill "approved" so it's like holding my prescription hostage until THEY can see you, which is far out, meaning you have to go without your meds for a bit of time. Also, they're only open Mon - Friday (Sometimes), so if you work a Mon - Friday job like I do, which is usual normal business hours, and try to see them good luck, you're going to need to use sick time or leave work early. Also, tried to talk to someone Jan 2nd, which is no longer a holiday, but they were closed. There's more to this, but please do more research before choosing this group as your healthcare provider. Because of my medical history, it's difficult switching providers because starting from ground zero is frustrating, but if it were easy, I would leave this group in a heartbeat. read more

I'm sad to be writing this review update. My interactions with PA Kahren have been great for in-office visits, and at the beginning of the pandemic closures she was doing telemedicine visits. I was able to get the expiration date of a few medications extended, until in-person visits resumed. Or so I thought. When my prescriptions became due for renewal again over the summer, my pharmacy contacted me to let me know they hadn't been able to reach a doctor to extend it again. I reached out myself, thinking an appointment was now available, and left messages on their voicemail. I left messages daily, and even went to their website to send an email. It's been over a month and I have never been contacted. I had to reach out to my insurance for emergency help and a telemedicine visit with an unfamiliar doctor and start over from scratch with my medical history and documentation. I understand that businesses are handling the closures differently but to not even be contacted about my medical needs is absolutely unacceptable. read more

I had an appointment with NP Conrad at 10:45 am today. I was seen by the NP past 11 am, so it was finished around 11:15 am. I had appointment for fasting blood works at 11 am with their in house Quest diagnostics. They didn't take my blood works since I came beyond 11:15. This is really bad since I was not the reason for coming late for blood works. Even though I tried to reason that it was not my fault, and I was not informed that 11:15 am is the closing time for blood works and my last meal was 7 pm the night before. Good job phlebotomist. I've been seeing Dr. Garcia for quite a while, and for good reason. She is thorough, efficient and effective. She is an excellent listener and very personable and caring. She makes excellent referrals when specialists are needed. She has always been available for my needs and I feel very fortunate to call her my doctor. The front office staff are professional and friendly. The nurses are also thorough and really go that extra mile. As for the negative review- there are two sides to the story and while I'm sorry that happened to you, good health care requires you bring your own advocate and many times it is necessary to ask questions maybe more than once for clarity. read more

Not a single care to their patient. Staff are not friendly. One doctor, Dr Garcia is very unprofessional and rude. We called ahead of time if they accept walkins and i was told yes. Upon coming in, we were told the exact opposite thing. I was explaining that I called to have my grandmother checked and was told we can walk in but theres going to be a wait, which is fine. Then this Dr Garcia walked out of her office, approach my grandmother and ask if she's having symptoms at this very moment, which my grandmother answered no. Then this doctor said -then go just schedule an appointment because you dont need to be seen right now, and walked out. . Dr. Benito and the staff are very nice. Waiting times have ranged from 20-60 minutes even with an appointment. The reason for my rating is that they are very slow to get paperwork back to you or sent back to your specialists-- it is faster to go there and get the paperwork signed in person rather than wait a week or more to get orders signed. read more
