Beyond that, they cleaned up after themselves and had our property looking immaculate afterwards. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem. Many other estimates were running us $2,500+, so we were happy to have found Silver Axe. They were timely, professional and knowledgeable during the quoting phase and while on site. Our house featured above ground power lines that came close to the oak tree in the front yard, and they handled this well to ensure nothing happened to our connection. The tree in the back and subsequent stump grinding was done well. I do wish I would have paid the bit extra to have them haul the chips off, but I decided to fill in some spots on the fence line with the wood chips, and they made their way into my grassy area eventually which became a pain...so lesson learned.
