After explaining to the worker she informed me that my clothes had been mixed and washed with someone else's by mistake. I had to then stand there and go through every piece of clothing in 5 laundry bags to find what belonged to me and what didn't. After 45 minutes of going through laundry we reached the end of the bags and I still did not have all my clothing. At the end the issue was not resolved and I am leaving without all the clothes I brought in and there is no way for me to be able to tell or any solution . All I was given was an apology from the worker and that's it. I would not recommend this to anyone in the area so many different laundromats that's wouldn't make such a simple but huge mistake. This was the Tuesday before a Friday night prom. The owner (I don't know her name) was very sympathetic and supportive! She understood the stress of the situation.
