Yesterday I had them install a new one again to replace the one that failed after only 5 years. Today I went to their store to discuss why the new one had failed so early and perhaps get a partial refund. The woman said that lasting only 5 years is common even though the industry standard is 7 to 10 years. I told her that the one replaced yesterday was an inch too short according to the Tech yesterday and that put it under excess stress. She agreed to refund $100 but said she was going to deduct it from the Tech's pay because apparently he shouldn't have admitted that the broken spring was installed too short.
