They design our kitchen without taking inconsideration our current outlets!! When they come to install the cabinets they cover our outlets and made holes inside the cabinets to have access to our outlets " how stupid is that " how were we to use the outlets ??? Once I notice that, I called the office at which it was made clear that it was an error. They wound secs someone over to remove the cabinets. And promised they would place the cabinets with the holes. Now I had to get an electrician to move my outlets to commentate the new cabinets. A charge we weren't ready to occur ($1800.00) if the designer did his job correctly and design the kitchen using our outlets everything would have been done in 2 weeks top. The job took 6 weeks!! Once we had the electrician move things they send the installer to install the kitchen cabinets. But instead of installing new one as promised by several people, they installed the old damaged one and had someone come in to place a piece of wood to cover our cabinets!!!, when I try to call and complain about our problems they blame us!! I would never recommend anyone to them!! They are not as professional as people say!! Maybe it has something to do with the culture. I am sure if we were from the same background and spoke the same language, we may had better service and got it for a lot cheaper then what we paid!! And got better respect!!!

TERRIBLE BEYOND BELIEF…read more The service has been terrible and negligent since the beginning. We have been waiting for our cabinets for SIX MONTHS. For six months now we have had half of our tiny kitchen redone because the people at Brampton Kitchen and Cabinets LOST our measurements. A few months back they sent a man in to do the measurements once again. He was extremely rude, with a know-it-all attitude. As he was getting ready to leave I asked him if he was sure he had all the right measurements to which he replied "ma'am, leave that to the professionals, I think I know what I'm doing" I asked him if he measured the pantry and the space for the new cabinet we requested and he hadn't, so he came back and redid the measurements, rolled his eyes and left. Last weekend the cabinets for the other side were FINALLY delivered but without the countertop or finishing pieces so we've had to store them in our spare room until they finally get this corrected and we can have them installed. Today their company sent the same unpleasant man in to measure AGAIN... because God forbid you do it right the first time. We rent or condo so my landlord was here with him, I was in the living room with my daughter and could hear the man telling him he was sure the countertop was here so I interjected that they were not. I also explained that the kitchen drawers were wrong and not practical or what I specifically asked him for. He looked at me and said "Excuse me, men are speaking here so could you please shut your mouth" I could not believe what I had just heard. I was in shock. I said "did you really just tell me to shut up?" At this point he started yelling "I AM NOT SPEAKING YOU, I'M SPEAKING TO YOUR LANDLORD SO SHUT YOUR MOUTH" I told him that I hope he doesn't speak to his wife that way. He said he was single (not surprising) then yelled "I FEEL SORRY FOR YOUR UR HUSBAND AND THAT FUCKING KID" pointing to my 13 month old daughter, who at this point is crying because he's raising his voice. at this point, I was frightened as this man is clearly not right in the head so I took my daughter in the living room and I could still here him yelling to my landlord about me. Upset, I called my husband who was at work and calmed me down. When I went back in the living room area he was in my spare room looking at the cabinets with his filthy shoes all over my white curtains. When I asked him to please get his dirty shoes off my curtains he laughed and took his time. When my husband finished work he called the company and requested to speak to the manager. The woman on the phone said the manager wasn't available but asked him to please hold on then put the man who yelled at me on the phone. He told Phil, I don't have to talk to you, your wife was rude to me, he denied everything he said to me. Phil asked again to speak to a manager and the man hung up on him. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I feel like I was discrimated against for being a woman by a sexist jerk. He yelled at and disrespected me in my own home, frightening my child in the process. This company is so unbelievably unprofessional and the way they handled this was unacceptable. So please, keep this story in mind when you're choosing somewhere to order cabinets from.

They built it with no access for electrical work?? Don't pay this man to build you a kitchen. He is obviously not a good cabinet maker.

Thanks for supporting your local community during this time. 0 star for management. I ordered some stuff for curbside pick up, I got pick up email after 3 days. I am okay with that, I understand they have large number of orders coming, plus they also mention in their confirmation email that it might take more than regular time for order to process. That's all good, they set the expectation right. However major issue is when you go for pick up. They have around 25 curbside parking slots, all numbered. When you reach, you are supposed to check in online with your order details and parking slot number. Sounds good,right? Here you are assuming that they know a certain person with this specific order is waiting at this specific parking slot, so they will bring your order out to you, where you are parked. But it's totally opposite of that. I think only 5 reps were bringing orders out and they were bringing few random orders with them and going to every car to check whose order they have. I was shocked. Why do the online check in, if you are bringing random orders out and checking with everyone to see if that's their order. Total failure, they had no clue what was happening. They were running around like headless chickens. I had to wait 90 minutes to get my order. During that time reps came to my car multiple times to check if the order they had was mine. There were 4 sales reps available, 2 at the cash and 2 on the floor and I am still one of two customers inside the store. I even made time to call others locations to find the product I couldn't see at this store and not once did I receive assistance or an acknowledging "Hello" or "Good morning" now that 15 minutes had passed. Not one word to me, not even as I left the store. Whatever the biased may be this is still a business and no one deserves to be dismissed, disrespected, or undervalued. The people of this community clearly cater to whom they like or feel comfortable with and care nothing without a second thought for anyone else, the people working here either need to be re-trained or replaced!

I purchased 2 furniture pieces from the company Jan 4th and then had zero contact from them after…read morereceiving the invoice plus additional shipping invoice and paying both in full immediately. I reached out multiple times asking for an update after about a month without response. When I called the store on 2 occasions I was given conflicting information on delivery of the dining table. In my first call around Feb 4th I was told it had shipped. When I called a week later to ask for an update so that I could know when to expect it, I was told it would arrive a few days after shipping. When I prompted that a few days had already passed, I was then told that it would take a few weeks. In this same call when I asked for a refund for the out of stock and discontinued coffee table, I was told to pick a different item. When I asked again for a refund as I didn't want another item, I was hung up on. When I then emailed stating my intention to contact BBB, they sent an email confirming I would get my refund, then ceased communication again (and did not issue the refund). When I escalated the issue to PayPal, the seller then said we had been in communication about me choosing an alternate item for the coffee table, which was a blatant lie. I had asked for a refund multiple times at this point. Regarding the dining table, when PayPal became involved the seller now said it was "on order" and would arrive to their store mid March and would then ship to me. However PayPal investigated and determined the company provided a fraudulent tracking number and therefore refunded my full order. I think it's important to note that while the company I purchased from positioned themselves as "Sterling House", in course of PayPal's investigation the seller provided their email to PayPal as a Furniture Depot email contact. I specifically had not purchased from Furniture Depot due to the concerning online reviews, however it appears that they are the same company, and engage in fraudulent and deceptive business practices.
