We got right in and were seen within minutes and staff took the time to listen to family and patient's concerns. The issue was resolved in a timely manner with detailed discharge instructions and needed scripts provided. The hospital was a clean, uncluttered and inviting environment. So thankful for this experience and services so nearby while we're were visiting from out of state.

Regardless of this woman size, legally speaking this hospital was at fault. People can argue all day everyday how big she was, but she was there to get help and didn't get it despite still having symptoms of being unable to breathe. She should've been admitted for further testing and observation. People want to talk about how argumentative she was and this and that, I would be upset too if I knew something wasn't right and someone was treating me like a child im not. This is not the first time in the state of Florida that a hospital neglect a patient and accuse them of faking because they can't figure something out. Dr Phillips Hospital does it, Florida Hospital on Rollins does it, and so on. Money will not bring this woman back, but this family deserves to get paid millions, take money out of the pockets of the neglectful staff and doctor.

March 2025 I had a deep tissue biopsy that started with Dr. Tomberlin and the Radiology team having…read moreto do multiple mammograms in order to place a needle to pinpoint the lesion location for the biopsy. The staff was so gentle during what is not a comfortable procedure. Dr. Tomberlin was patient and was ready to answer any questions I had about the procedure. From Radiology I went to surgery for the actual biopsy. The pre-op nurses and the whole pre-op team were kind, efficient and professional, as was the post-op nurse. Dr. Dale Mitchum was my surgeon. He and his surgical team made sure I was comfortable and did a great job with the surgery. Dr. Mitchum's follow-up care was exceptional. The results of the biopsy were not what we had hoped for. That said, he delivered the cancer diagnosis with care and explained the many options available. He did not try to sway me toward one option or another And encouraged me to review the options with my family prior to making my decision.

That idea had been ruled out by my gastro team earlier, but based on that notation, they searched further and found the stones. I came in there with undiagnosed pain. I was dehydrated and they dealt with that immediately and ran test. Thank you to the doctor for going the extra mile. My 2nd experience as similar. Undiagnosed extreme groin pain. Upon physical exam and by CAT scan (ordered by them), they were able to narrow down the cause of the pain. All of the staff are extremely nice and ready to help. I felt the doctor and PA were knowledgeable and thorough. I would have given this facility 5 stars other than I spent a long time there in the process, but happy with the result.

In discharging, the nurses left her in…read morecharge of a young man who they obviously has not told him she was on a blood thinner, but put him in full charge of 2 things. 1) removing IV and rolling her outside to wait on me to get car. Right before I rolled up he noticed she was bleeding heavily from where IV was and exclaimed, oh, you are on a blood thinner! I didn't wrap your arm for this! I was there to pick her up after leaving her only a minute or 2; she had already bled through gauze he had put on with only a paper type tape that did not reach around site.....once home I helped her with trying to get gauze off & wash arm/wrist down. This ER staff should have said something to a new staff person assigned to remove IV, wrap site tightly before the man rolled her outside to wait for me to get car. I cannot imagine people who have to go through this ER over others at our Tall. Hospitals, and treated by these people in this ER. Never again will I take my wife, nor will I, go to this ER.

I'm…read morethinking I'm possibly having another heart attack. checking in was very quick. they took me right in. Hooked me up to ekg and monitored my pressure. Thats where the good stopped. 2 hrs later still have not seen anyone to tell me what's going on. Now I know there was a critical patient that was brought in by ambulance and I heard the commotion from that about 20 minutes after me getting set up with my stuff. It seemed like every person in the ER was dedicated to that one patient. I'm sorry for that family and know it had to be bad. But after 2 hrs of thinking I'm having a heart attack and no one is treating that I about lost my mind. After all was said and done, all I wanted to do was leave. Finally after 4 and a half hours I did that. Still running high on my pressure but when release I looked at paperwork. Nothing was said about why I came in but I had a temperature of 102. I did not! I had blood pressure problem. if at all possible, I will never go to this hospital again.
