Dr. Min Tian has truly amazing talent and knowledge of the Eastern art of acupuncture. Having ruined my back, in an accident, I was learning to live with the pain, while weaning myself from pain medicine, that kept me too loopy to function. Most of the pain could be alleviated by lying prone, elevation of my legs, proper placement of pillows, ice, heat, I was learning lots of tricks! Then my sciatic nerve decided to play unfair. After nearly a month of that horrible pinching pain in my hip (butt cheek, actually!), I mentioned it to Dr. Min Tian. She had already inserted the needles in me for my session, but was very happy to do a little adjustment in the placement of several before leaving me to my 30 minutes of restful relaxation. The very next day, my pain was totally gone in my buttocks. I was totally amazed. And instantly turned into a true believer! Don't let the fear of the needles stop you from the experience. Once inserted, you can hardly feel them! And the rewards are so worth it! Keep in mind that acupuncture is not just for pain relief.
