A thoroughly professional body shop that doesn't leave you bent out of shape. A minor fender bender…read morewas diagnosed and estimated with care and precision at a price that was half of the local Toyota dealer who must have thought they were restoring a Rembrandt. The job was done two days early at the agreed upon price with my freshly cleaned vehicle looking as renewed as a plastic surgery obsessed socialite (actually much better with less miles.) Thanks guys. Very highly recommended.

(0 STARS) I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECCOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE…read more* Update 29May2026 Refused to take any responsibility for repainting my car without consent and not following the pre-agreed upon plan. Remained silent on the additional damage to my steering wheel. Filing a complaint with the BBB as well as contacting NJM Ins to have a complaint in their file to not recommend customers take their cars there *Update- 28May2026 Called 4-5 hours after dropping off car. Daisy answers and I ask to speak to Tyler. She replies back rudely "Is he expecting your call?", comes back and says he is away from his desk, can she take a message. I said, "It's ok, I will stop by the shop, I am local." Prior to arriving I received a VM from Chelsea stating they needed to repaint the hood and they are doing that now, car would be done tomorrow. I arrived to find my car parked outside ALREADY repainted. As I was standing there looking at my car Chelsea walks out and said "The paint is fresh". I walked into the office and asked for Tyler, Chelsea stated he was out sick. After being lied to that her was away from his desk I asked for the person in charge and spoke to John the regional manager. I asked him how the hood removed, stripped down to the metal, primed, and painted in 4 hours? I stated, I had an agreement with Tyler if the hood could not be fixed without painting it the following would occur: Tyler would let me know within an hour or so if the hood needed to be repainted. The paint thickness would be measured prior to sanding the hood down to the metal, and after priming, base coat, and clear coat. I would see the measurements and take pics The hood would be removed from my car as to not risk any other damage to my car or overspray In addition, the damage to my steering wheel was made worse in other areas when they tried to buff the leather with something abrasive. Went back to the body shop and spoke to Tyler highlighting the unacceptable things they did and to resolve the situation they need to replace the current hood with a new factory original VW hood and steering wheel, paint the hood off the car and call me when it's ready to swap out. Tyler stated he would need to speak to John. I also asked him to escalate this to the operations manager Scott. This is completely UNNACCEPTABLE!!! Funny side note - someone from Branning Collision looked at my LinkedIn profile this afternoon. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My car needed minor work (new hood, repaint bumper, replace parking sensor and emblem). I picked up my car to find out they took my freshly painted car to the car wash in the middle of winter when roads were covered in salt and road grime. The person there told me I should have told them not to take my car to the car wash, like that is something I should have known, and asked me sarcastically how they were supposed to wash it. After traveling out of the country for a month, I returned back and drove my car to find out the leather on the steering wheel had been scratched, there was swirl marks on the hood (I wonder why.......Car Wash), there was a speck of debris on the hood painted over, as well as a big drip of overspray on the hood. When I went back to the shop the guy told me I can't come back there and blame them for scratching my steering wheel, and swirl marks can come from towels used after washing your car.....that's why he never buys black cars. They also mentioned they didn't work on the interior of my car and couldn't have scratched the steering wheel......like they didn't have to drive my car in and out of the shop as well as drive it to the car wash!!!! They said they would try and clean the leather scratches or buff them out. How are scratches in leather cleaned or buffed to return it to not being scratched?? I would not recommend this shop to anyone, in fact, I would recommend go out of your way to go to another body shop if need be. My car is back there to fix the terrible paint job on the hood. In addition they charged me for the factory stickers that are placed on the inside of the hood, and never got them. Terrible customer service, professionalism, and work!!!!

I brought my Honda Accord to Britland for services related to damage from debris due to a Jeep…read moreLiberty striking a power pole and mailbox in front of my house and damaging my parked car. Britland listed what needed to be done on the estimate, and then failed to complete it. It was also listed on the final bill. State Farm has already paid for the incomplete work. When I went to pick up the vehicle and saw the repairs, I immediately asked why its not done. They then brought the estimator out for me to speak to for the first time. I thought the estimator was someone else in the front office at first, since they were the only people I had spoken to at the shop, prior to picking up the vehicle. The Estimator, Randal Aguilar, refused to let me speak, and kept insisting not to interrupt him when I tried to explain that the information he was reading is not true/correct or relevant because it didn't mention the Honda. He then became combative, hostile, and threatening. He threatened to not discuss the work, and was trying to convince me that I was in a collision. His demeanor was extremely malevolent and I felt like he wanted to attack me. I think I would have remembered If I was in a collision though. He did not believe me until I showed him the photographic evidence and police report, which Britland Autobody already had from when I dropped off the vehicle. The front desk even understood that my car was stationary, but the estimator couldn't understand the plain English in the information that the Front Desk had provided. They even admitted they don't understand why Randal thinks I was in a collision, when their info says otherwise. I showed him the estimate that he was reading stated the description was regarding a Jeep Liberty, with no mention of a Honda Accord. I asked, "So where is the description for the Honda Accord, then, since you say it was in a collision? Why does it say the Jeep was in a collision?" It was like watching a light bulb flicker on and off in his head, before finally getting constant. I could see the confusion in his eyes, but instead of addressing the situation, he insisted its my responsibility and acted aggressively defensive. When he was finally able to understand that he read the report incorrectly, he attempted to apologize insincerely as if it was my fault that he had the wrong information. He accused me of not providing evidence to anyone, which is untrue. He would no longer help me whatsoever. Randal refused to admit responsibility and insisted it was up to me if I wanted him to fix the issue by calling State Farm, who already 100% approved the repairs. The Estimator wanted me to believe that he had spoken to State Farm and that he was unable to complete the repairs because they told him he couldn't. He said that my car had struck a pole on the side, and not the rear. He refused to allow me to leave the vehicle on their property in order to satisfy the request of finishing the work, essentially forcing me to take it to prevent cost from being towed. Basically, the Estimator refused to do his job. When I asked for him to get the correct information, he tried to tell me that he already spoke to State Farm representative, and that the repairs were denied "because of the side of the car that I struck the pole with." He even tried to say that State Farm thought I was in the collision, so I know for fact that he did not speak with them. Even after explaining everything to him, and informing him with updated information, he is sticking to the story of how my car was in a collision, thus State Farm said they don't want me to bring the car back to this shop. summary: The shop refused to accommodate me any further after work was not completed satisfactorily. Britland will only let me speak to the estimator, Randal Aguilar, even after I complained about his scary behavior. Randal knows that he made a mistake and wants to cover his responsibility by acting like its completely done and can not be repaired further, unless directed by the insurance company to continue. He already billed the insurance company for the work that wasn't done, and the insurance company has already stated many times that the damage is to be covered, as long as it doesn't surpass the vehicle value/cost ratio, which it has not. Do not bring your car here unless you want to be threatened and made to feel uncomfortable for wanting adequate work.

The car was immaculate when I got it back and due to the insurance claim, the work is guaranteed for a long as I own the car. I was extremely happy with the work and especially the customer service and communication from Greg.
