My card got stuck in their drive-thru machine, so I went…read moreinside to ask for help, but instead of actually helping me, they said their "servers were down," even though the other drive-thru machine and everything inside the bank seemed to be working fine. No matter how many times I reiterate and explain I just needed my card removed from the machine, they didn't listen to me and instead, gave me their general business card, told me to call the number, cancel my card, and order a new one. It was honestly a really confusing and frustrating experience. I understand technical issues happen, but I expected someone to at least try to help when my card was stuck in their machine. Overall, the staff were very unwelcoming and unhelpful.
