Got an all meat pizza and it was packed with toppings. It was tasty! The dough/crust wasn't my favorite, but I loved how much toppings there was and their price point too. Service was quick and they even gave me an extra box so I could split my pizza, but it was very dusty from sitting in their shop for who knows how long lol. This pizza place is super good!! My husband and I don't eat pork and liked that they offered halal beef pepperoni and halal chicken options. This was our first time trying and we were very satisfied. The tikka masala pizza was delicious. The sauce was amazing I never had a pizza like that before. Whoever came up with the mix of flavors was doing their thing!! We ordered in store and the front lady was really nice and gave us a complimentary sauce to try on the side! The inside is small so there's only two chairs to sit and wait, no tables to sit down and eat inside which my husband and I didn't mind much. Order was 11 pies and an order of wings, delivered to the FPU Sports Complex. Pizza was fine, wings were soggy, customer service was intentionally bad. The pizzas were fine... They didn't skimp on any of the toppings, their large pizzas are 14 inches, which are standard in California. They're thin crust. Honestly, the wings probably aren't fried at a high enough temperature. So, there's no crisp at all and there likely wasn't any crisp before they were tossed in sauce, boxed and delivered. I went for Cali's because the order was nearly 100$ cheaper than a chain competitor and I wanted to give our money to a local, small business. I wish I would've gone with the chain. Cali doesn't have their own drivers. So, delivery was complicated and inflexible, considering we were ordering to a university and had to change the address (just around the corner tho) to another address. Not having their own drivers also makes it very difficult when they forget to include things in the order, such as plates and napkins. So, we were forced to get plates and napkins on our own, costing an additional $25 because they refused to send them to us. They could have refunded me that amount, since they forgot to send them, which would've shown that they held themselves accountable. They chose not to hold themselves accountable. Communicating with these folks has been painful, frustrating, and a waste of time. Moral of the story: call the chain restaurant. You'll save gray hairs, you'll save time, you won't get frustrated and you know that they'll hold themselves accountable to an adequate standard of customer service. Update to owner's response: The delivery point was on the other side of the soccer field. Unless the field is 5 miles long, I'm not sure what to say. Google maps places the FPU field 2 miles away. I made the order by calling in, and the business then uses uber to deliver. Again, my post is accurate there. When the order was placed, I ordered everything to the soccer field and asked for plates. Sorry she didn't hear me? Idk what to say. The size and location of the order alone should've been enough of a reminder. Sorry the plates were left in a bag on the counter? And they couldn't guarantee they'd be able to deliver the plates within 15 minutes. Refunding the cost of the store's mistake (plates) is Business 101. I did not ask for a full refund. Sorry to burst that bubble. And, yes, I did call to tell them that if they didn't make it right (refunding the cost of plates) that I'd submit this post, which is clearly about their customer service. Prob could've taken off the wings, but instead they offered a coupon for a cheese pizza. I live 4 hours away. read more

I like Cali Bros. the most so far of the handful I have tried because of the tanginess of the red sauce for the traditional pizzas and the crust is very good. You have the option to select among traditional Italian-American choices along with those that feature Indian flavors including tandoori tadka, tikka masala, butter spice, and achari. For the Indian pizzas, you can choose between chicken and paneer toppings, which is a type of cottage cheese. I enjoy coming back to Cali Bros. because the pizzas are very good. The sauce is good (a tangy, rich, and sweet umami taste of tomatoes and herbs), the pizzas are loaded with cheese and toppings, and you can taste the freshness of the hand-tossed and perfectly baked dough. The combination has all my favorite traditional toppings: including mushrooms, diced red onion, diced green bell peppers, black olives, pepperoni, ham, and Italian sausage, in addition to ground beef. The all-meat pizza includes pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage, ground beef, and crunchy bacon. One of the better all-meat pizzas I have tried in a while. Sometimes, the meats can be too salty together, overly seasoned, and too dry from being baked too long. Cali Bros., however, uses fresh meats and does not overload and overly season the meats. The toppings for the Indian-style pizzas I have tried from other pizza parlors tend to use toppings that are a little bland. I am hopeful I will have a better experience here. Right now, I may be more inclined to try the wings with Indian spices before trying an Indian-style pizza, but it will be a "game-time" decision. I am always warmly greeted here and service is very friendly. One of the better choices for pizza in southeastern Fresno. Cali Bros. may be a little hard to find if you have not been here before. It is a small building and somewhat hidden next to an adjoining liquor store. Just look for the Panda Express restaurant off Clovis Avenue (near Kings Canyon Road) just a few steps away. Glad I finally got to try this place out but it's nothing I can rave about. It's hard to find good pizza in Fresno, so it's not their fault. The crust tasted to me like a frozen pizza or cafeteria like pizza. The pizza held its own, wasn't flimsy or thin crusted. It was more like, a middle ground of thin crusted and fluffy doughy pizza. I appreciated how even the toppings were on every slice. That's pretty thoughtful pizza making. Their garden veggie has thin slices of jalapeños which I really enjoyed since I like spicy. Maybe it's just not my style of pizza. I'd still encourage others to try it because it's a local joint, and it might be their pizza style. Hubs and I were in a pinch as our fave pizza place was closed on Mondays...and it was Monday. First if all, it's a take-out place next to Ott n Potts. If you know Sunnyside, you know Ott n Potts. It's definitely not a "pizza parlor" so don't get the wrong idea from other reviews on here. Certainly very accessible to the many ppl traveling Clovis Ave. I waited in the car as Hubs went inside. He came out while waiting, said it was hotter inside than outside on a 95 degree day, so I'd say ambiance is a 1/5. Second, they need to put a disclaimer on "double cut"...as other regions consider "double cut" meaning two directions, or square cut...not cut into slices too small to be held by human hands. 0/5. Third, there was not an option of extra sauce or both white and red, etc. It's not required, just would be nice. 4/5( not a deal-breaker). Fourth, we spent $62 for 2 pizzas, one requested extra pepperoni on a dbl pepperoni pizza with an upcharge, which is FINE if you get it, but did not appear to even be dbl let alone extra. The other was a five-topping pizza, and also "okay" with toppings but not enough to justify the price tag.2/5. I also didn't find what little sauce there was to have much flavor. If you advertise Italian pizza, it should taste like it, end of story. 2/5. Was looking for dinner and everything was getting close to closing. Since this place was close to home my husband and I decided to give them a try. I placed an online order. Penne meatball pasta, use one of their deals that included one large 14in specialty pizza, 10pc wings and 2L drink for $27.99. We ordered a combination pizza with bone-in cali dry rub wings with blue cheese dip and Dr.Pepper. Ordered and paid online by 8:10pm estimated ready time was 8:32pm. My husband was the one who picked up our order. He arrived around the estimated time of ready and said our order wasn't ready. No big deal he waited about 10mins and he said he had to ask for the sauce for the wings. When he got home noticed the sauce for the wings was ranch not the blue cheese that we ordered. They also ran out of Dr.Pepper so he got Pesi instead. The pasta was okay, parts of the meatball was burnt and some parts of the pasta was hard probably wouldn't order again. The wings were good, they have good flavor and these wings were meaty, not those scrawny looking wings so we were happy about that. When I opened the pizza box I literally said "wow" it was one of best look pizzas I've seen it looked perfect with a generous amount of toppings evenly spread out. The crust was perfect not too doughy and the taste was amazing. This pizza was delicious, loved how cheesy it tasted and the toppings tasted fresh! This review is only relevant to their delivery service as I've door dashed them several times but have never visited the establishment. I love their pizza. It's so good. I love Indian food, I love pizza - this is a fusion my family and I can get behind. I've been pleased with everything I have had, the food delivers and reheats beautifully. Absolutely love their vegetarian options! So. Many. Options. Their customer service is great, too. I once accidentally ordered an extra pizza and there isn't a way to fix anything through DD so I called and the lady was super helpful. I've been seeing some promising reviews for Cali Bros Pizza located on Kings canyon and Clovis Fresno CA. Sadly it fell short on some ways, don't get me wrong they have very reasonable prices but quality and taste fell short. 3/5 Large combination pizza with pineapples Pizza itself was okay nothing over the top, nothing to be excited about except for the pizza crust and price point. I wish it was more cheesier like other places i've been to but you know what they say you get what you pay for. 3/5 Buffalo wings I'm surprise they used jumbo size chicken wings and other places they have only smaller ones. The problem is even though it's bigger doesn't mean it's better, it's lacking in flavor and heat. I can make a killer buffalo wings but I wont tell what I use for the ingredients. Service 4/5 Service was good, I got my pizza and wings when I got there for pick up. Value 4/5 Cali Bros their Value and price point is the only thing will attract people to stop by and try out their place. I got a large combo pizza with pineapples and buffalo wings along with a 2 liter soda for under $33.00. For me Cali Bros didn't hit my craving for a good tasting pizza pie or wings. I would rather go out of my way to Marcos Pizza or some other places. So I was actually craving my zodilistic and my search brought me. Here I ended up ordering the combination pizza with the mozzarella sticks. It was a fluke decision and I'm so glad I tried their specialty pizza.
