    Rigatoni w/ Italian sausage
    Vickie N.

Annesso is always a favorite and never disappoints! It consistently hits the spot, and we love coming back for the amazing food and flavors. The rigatoni is one of our must-orders--the vodka sauce is rich, creamy, and they are incredibly generous with how much sauce they provide. I always add Italian sausage as my protein, and it pairs perfectly with the pasta, adding the perfect amount of savory flavor. We also love the jalapeño pepperoni pizza. The combination of the spicy jalapeños, slight sweetness from the honey drizzle, and salty pepperoni creates such a delicious balance of flavors. It's one of our favorite pizzas! For appetizers, the truffle fries are a standout. They are so generous with the shaved cheese, and the aioli dipping sauce is absolutely delicious. The mozzarella sticks are another favorite--the breading is flavorful and pairs perfectly with their authentic marinara sauce. During the summer, their poolside punch cocktail is a must-try. It's refreshing, sweet, and dangerously easy to drink because you can barely taste the alcohol! Overall, Annesso is a 10/10. The food, portions, and flavors are consistently amazing, and we will definitely keep coming back.

Annesso is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in the Fresno area. I've been here countless times, and I always leave happy. The atmosphere is one of my favorite things about this place. It feels elevated without being overly fancy, making it perfect for date nights or a nice dinner with friends. I also love that the kitchen is open--you can watch the chefs at work, which adds to the experience. The servers are always so kind and welcoming, and the overall vibe is just great. As for the food, I've honestly never had a bad meal here. Everything is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. Their cocktails are also some of the best I've had in Fresno and Clovis. They always have creative, well-balanced drinks that pair perfectly with the food. If you're looking for a restaurant with amazing food, great drinks, and an atmosphere that keeps you coming back, Annesso is definitely worth a visit.

I've been back to Annesso a few times now, and it continues to be one of my favorite restaurants in Fresno. We started with the house-fried Mozz Sticks, which are a must-order. They're huge with a perfectly crunchy exterior, and I loved the seasoning on the breading, it gives them so much more flavor than your typical mozzarella sticks. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is their white sauce pizzas. They're rich without feeling too heavy and always hit the spot. This visit, we ordered the Funghi Misti, which had an incredible savory, umami flavor that really let the mushrooms shine. The Scampi pizza was another favorite. The shrimp tasted fresh, and I appreciated that they didn't hold back on the garlic. If you're a garlic lover, you'll definitely enjoy this dish. To top it all off, they brought us a complimentary vanilla soft serve to celebrate my friend's graduation. While the texture was a little more watery than I expected, the vanilla flavor was surprisingly rich and delicious. More importantly, it was such a thoughtful gesture that made the meal feel even more memorable. Annesso consistently delivers great food with warm hospitality and quick service, it's a place I'll happily keep coming back to.

I've had quite a few of the items from here and can say I really do recommend this place. 1. Their traditional marg pizza is an absolute must. If you're a ranch lover please also order the fresh ranch dipping sauce, it's phenomenal and the fresh dill is 2. The salumi sandwich, picture featured here. It's just the perfect sandwich amount for a person to either eat in one sitting or take on the go for the other half. It is rather messy so eating it right away is recommended due to some sauce making the bread soggy if sat too long. Very refreshing, you can't eat it fast enough! The mozzarella sticks for apps are great along the fries and wings.

The Bianca pizza and the spicy Caesar salad are to DIE for!

Anytime I'm in Fresno or just driving through, I ALWAYS stop at Annesso's Pizzeria. Everything there is great. The food, the service, the chefs, the ambiance, etc... Do yourself a solid and GO THERE!! You can thank me later.

Four stars to 5 stars. I am hooked on the Funghi Misti which is their mushroom pizza. It's now going to be my go to whenever I come. But I came with colleagues and got to try all out a bit bunch of items. The BBQ chicken, though a little sweet was quite good if you like that. The sauce wasn't over powering. The pepperoni jalapeno is always safe bet. The parmigiana fries, calzone, Brussels sprouts were all items that I would recommend. I know a couple people ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and meatball sandwiches and they both said it was very good. Can't wait to come back.

Overall had a fine time dining here. We got the Shrimp Scampi Pizza and Parm Fries, both were delicious. We added the caesar salad and it was good, but u do think portion is small for the price. Service was fine, nothing crazy and ambiance was upbeat and aesthetic. I would definitely come back when in the mood for a good quality pizza

Great pizza spot! The inside is spacious and the service is good as well. It was pretty busy inside. The funghi Misti was so good and the perfect amount of mushroom. Fettuccine was good, but nothing amazing. The Star of the show was the mafaldine! I almost skipped it because of the reviews but so glad I ordered it anyways. It was absolutely delicious!

After flying into Fresno, took both my boys out for pizza. We had to stop by Trader Joe's, and searched yelp! Thank you, Yelp! For helping us find Annesso's! Walking in on a Friday night we knew there would be a wait. Sure enough at 7:00pm, we were told 1.5hrs wait. So no biggie we did a small shop at Trader Joe's and dropped off the groceries home. And right on the hour we were texted that our tables ready and they'd hold it for 10mins. Great!! We got there in time, sat straight down and ordered straight away.. Starters came out in 5mins - wow! Then followed by our pizzas straight away. Food was delicious! Ambience was lively and buzzing with chit chat, laughter and clinking of glasses. Also Audri was amazing, always checking in on our table, getting our ketchup and prompt on check out. All in all I would totally recommend dining in at Annesso's! Only downfall - parking is terrible it was So crowded. Nearly saw 2 accidents.

First time here was brought on a dinner date, very busy place, but Thankfully lots of workers. Anyways we had reservations so upon arrival we were seated right away. Our appetizers were brought out really quick. The waitress was really nice I believe her name was Sam , it was really loud and busy I could barely hear anything. Lots of graduation & birthday parties. We started off with mozzarella sticks & meatballs. Then we had the Parmesan chicken and pasta. It was all so delicious

    Kay R.

Fantastic pizza and a fun, lively atmosphere! Just a heads up though, this place gets PACKED, so I highly recommend making a reservation before you go. The ambience is energetic and a bit loud so good luck hearing each other when you are trying to have a conversation! The staff were friendly and welcoming, though wait times can be a bit long due to how popular it is. We started with the Tuscan soup, which was warm, hearty and really comforting. You can add bread for a small fee and it easily turns into a small but satisfying meal. The Caesar salad was also very fresh and topped with a generous amount of parmesan cheese. For pizza, the Pesto and Burrata was delicious, super flavorful and perfectly balanced. My daughter likes to cut up the burrata and spread it around. The pepperoni pizza was another standout, especially with the mini pepperonis that had a nice little kick to them. Definitely worth the visit if you're craving great pizza and have some time to spare.

Each restaurant is owned by a family member of the original Dicicco's which was located on Belmont Ave. I have great memories of the little brick building. It's where I had my first Dicicco's pizza about 50 years ago! Every visit here has been a delicious experience. Each of our servers has not only provided excellent service but they've made our dining experience a fun one. Elena was our server this evening and she was so much fun! Oh, I almost forgot to tell you about the food! Haha well ... Tonight, my hubby had The Don. The Don is epic! It features Fettuccine Alfredo And Lasagna as part of a 3 main dish combo with your choice of one of their delicious chicken dishes. You have a choice of all the classics: Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Panna, and even Chicken Cacciatore. Can you believe that?! Well, he chose the tried and true Chicken Parm. I was surprised because this has never been his favorite dish but is mine. His dinner was absolutely delicious! But how would I know? He loved it so much that he shared a good bite of each with me. The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection. The marinara was light and well... perfect. The Lasagna? You have to come try it. Just like Nonna's. Well, not My nonna because I'm not Italian, but you know what I mean! I decided to try something different and ordered the Old Blue Eyes. This dish features penne pasta with green onions, fresh spinach, and perfectly cooked chicken breast pieces gently tossed in a delicious pink sauce. Let's have some saucy conversation here. This Pink Sauce is no ordinary Pink Sauce. It has a depth of flavor that is so good and complex that well, you're just going to have to come and experience it for yourself! It's much more than just a marinara with a touch of Alfredo. This is a unique sauce that stands on its own! You really owe it to yourself to discover a Fresno gem that offers the taste and feel of a delicious family dinner in a bright and cheerful setting. We invite you to come and experience this Dicicco's! Their menu offers a variety of dishes not available at the others. Do you have vegetarian or vegan friends or family? We do and were they ever surprised to have more than one choice. Don't forget... You can add a soup or salad for a modest charge. Along with the salad they offer a choice of homemade Minestrone or Cream of Zucchini. Either are good choices but... If you're a Clam Chowder lover come in on a Friday when you can find it made fresh. Friday is also the only day that they do not serve Cream of Zucchini. If you have the chance to order the Cream of Zucchini do it! My husband is Very picky and if he liked it you're sure to love it! I absolutely enjoyed every delicious spoonful! It was light yet warm and comforting. A soup that is perfect for a chilly night like tonight.
