This is one of my favorite pizza spots in town! The pizza is always delicious! The inside of was pretty empty, granted I think more people order out. The seating area is well decorated with interesting design choices and very unique for sure! The order taker was very nice and helpful! She told me the pizza would take about 15-20mins. It took roughly about 20mins. No problem there as it was made to order! Freshly made from what I can tell!

Called 30 min before closing today and nobody picked up the phone, in fact I was getting hung up on. I went to the store to find 4 employees standing there 15 min to close and asked about the phone and why nobody is picking up. Kid at the register said he's on break and the others didn't know the phone number to the place. Then someone said they are not allowed to answer the phone 30 min before closing. So I asked why not answer the phone and say we can't take any more orders?! I live nearby and it's frustrating that everyone just standing around and nobody knows what to say. Terrible staff that night. Extremely disappointed.

calzone and personal pizza

I heard of this place but never looked into until me and my friend were trying to meet to eat. I looked around her area she was by & I saw this place. We were both new to the place & we just order the calzone and pizza. It was really yummy and good! They give you a bottle of ranch for your table and Parmesan and peppers we sat outside which was a nice day to do so. The guy brought our pizza out and was really nice!

Combination Special

Service was great. She was very nice. The pizza is huge and for a good price. The walls were decorated with lots of pictures with sports from local schools. I got 2 XL pizzas, a combo and the Hawaiian. I asked for double cut but they cut them like squares I was hoping they would cut it in slices. The pizza is alright not bad, very generous on the toppings. Comes with their house made ranch which really reminded me of wingstop ranch and if you know wingstop ranch is the best. I ended buying a whole bottle for $8 and the packing it came in was super cute. They have pepper and cheese packets right in the front so help yourself before you leave with your order.

Great as always! Consistent. Feels you up. Can feed a family of 4 for under $30. A go to pizza joint!

Meat Lovers

After coming back from a long day of hiking, this pizza really hit the spot. We got size small meat lovers and they really packed it with meat. The way the cheese pull, so good.

Notice anything missing from the HAM, pineapple and jalapeño half

This place has been on a slow but steady decline over the last few years. I've often picked up soggy or undercooked pizzas, so I know to order them well-done if my partner requests this place for our monthly pizza night. It's about a 20minute commute in each direction, so you may understand my frustration when I got home and realized that they forgot 1 out of the 3 ingredients on half of the pizza. I started calling them at 7:48pm in the hopes that they could remake the pizza or agree to just give me some ham for me to add myself before they close, but of course they didn't answer. The employee that let me in stated that they don't pickup the phone after 7:40pm, which means anyone with a screwed up order after 7:30pm will have to go through the same ordeal I went through. Giving 2 stars still because the vegetarian side looked good.

Three toppings - pepperoni, salami, olives
Natalie H.

The sauce is unlike any other pizza parlors in town! I love that they have fresh mushrooms as an option along with meaty artichoke hearts and big pieces of chicken. They do not skimp on the toppings, that's for sure. My pizza was cooked to perfection and the size was fair for the price.

This place may have some of the best pizza in town. The service is as good. We love the vegetarian with 1/2 white 1/2 red sauce.

I love Heirloom. This place is definitely the gem of Fresno! It's not a fancy, high-end restaurant,…read morebut they absolutely know how to plate and make food that keeps their customer come back for more. Their dishes have their own unique twist, and while they may not always follow the traditional recipe, everything is incredibly flavorful and statisfying. The flavors are simple, approachable, and easy to enjoy. Making it a spot that almost everyone would love. They mainly focus on the new American table. A little fusion of some other ethnicity food here. They mainly focus on their limited menu and always wing it everytime. The consistency is always on point. I love their fresh farm to table ingredients. Their plate is super affordable and beautiful. AMBIANCE :: This place is always pack. The line are always long but it does move up pretty quick too. Indoor is always pack and stuff. They do have a large patio too. I wouldn't really recommend sitting out in the patio during the hottest time of the day but it's not that bad too. They do have mist and coolers outside. Artificial leaves covering up the place cools it down a lot too. The PROS for dinning in the patio is the fresh air. SERVICE : Is great. With the high volume of guest and crowed it is. They are so patient and friendly. RATE : 5/5 PLATES :: If you're undecided and wanted a little bit of everything. I recommend choosing a plate. You get a little bit of everything. Ill say everything taste generic but so good too. WOOD GRILLED PROTEIN : SHRIMP W/ GARLIC BUTTER : Their garlic butter shrimp is so buttery. It's slightly seasoned and salted. RATE : 5/5 WOOD GRILLED PROTEIN : SALMON W/ TZATZIKI SAUCE : I love their soft salmon with a lightly crispy crust. Llightly seasoned. It's not fishy and gamey at all. I love their tzatziki sauce and it paired so well with the lemon juice too. RATE : 5/5 WOOD GRILLED PROTEIN : ANCHO CRUSTED PRIME TRI TIP : Nicely seasoned and salted. It's always come out medium rare, tender and juicy. RATE : 5/5 NOTE :If you like medium rare pieces of beef. Go for their tri tip. If you wanted more cook go for their ribeye. The cons about their ribeye is that they are not consistent. You can ask to be remade but it does take them awhile to cook it too. SIDES : TEPPANYAKI FRIED RICE W/ BACON : I love their bacon teppanyaki rice. It's probably a must have everytime you go there. I love their sweet sauce on top of the rice. It's a kids favorite choice too. The sodium level is perfect. Usually bacon would overly salted it but this fried rice is perfect. RATE : 5/5 SIDES : RIGATONI W/ SAUSAGE, PECORINO : Straight up generic boiled pasta with sour tomato sauce and sausage. It's so simple but its ok. I'll say this could be kids top 2nd favorite side dish. RATE : 4/5 FOUNTAIN DRINKS :: I love their unique fountain drinks. It's mainly focus on Mexican fountain drinks. OVERALL :: Sometimes the best food isnt about being authentic. It's about being delicious, the art, and this restaurant definetly delivers. I can already see myself coming back for more!

As usual there was a line, it took about 15-20mins for us to get to the front and orders taken. I haven't been here in years and I really missed it! Before reaching the registers our order was taken by a kind lady while we were in line. My order: salmon with tzatziki sauce, teppanyaki fried rice and rigatoni with sausage. I also ordered my kids from the lil sprouts: spaghetti with butter & parm. We requested for patio seat since we had our munchkins were with us. I've never seat in their patio area, it was wonderful! Shade, misters and ac though it was a hot 90 degree weather it was very cool and comfortable! Our food came out quickly and plated beautifully! Large portions. The food was amazing! So much flavors. The salmon paired perfectly well with the tzatziki sauce. The pasta was and the fried rice was delicious! The kids meal was also large portioned and enough for my kids to share and they enjoyed it. For dessert we ordered their frozen greek yogurt the baklava & honey was yum! Perfect treat to top our lunch! Will always recommend this place! They are Busy, but thankfully everything went smoothly.

We came here for lunch and every time they never disappoint…read more We order our regulars. Husband turkey and cheese as well as my daughter. They really enjoy their sandwich. I get the Mediterranean sandwich with basil bread. I always put extra if everything I can. I learned that trick from my sweet friend from Vegas. It makes it so big and satisfying. The sandwiches come with the potato chips and we order a drink with that. I love the green tea papaya drink. It is not too sweet and the flavor it's great. The place has plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. This is our choice when we want something cold and satisfying. Sandwiches are great in the summer time. So refreshing. The ambiance it's casual and familiar.

Panera is... Panera. If you've been there you know what to expect, and this W Shaw location…read moredelivers it: comfortable and spacious tables, self-serve ordering and seating, the basic soup-salad-and-sandwich menu and friendly staff. I do want to give a particular shout out to the staff at this location who were all very warm and friendly and helpful. And you know -- Panera food is a bit like other large chains, in the sense that "you get what you get and it's very consistent and it's typically fine." So why only the three stars? Oh it was the chicken salad sandwich. I had been sad that Panera -- quite a while back now -- got rid of its chicken salad sandwich. It's not just my favorite thing to eat there, but it's literally the favorite of most people I know. We all loved that sandwich. And it was discontinued for reasons unknown. But then wait! "For a limited time" Panera was offering a chicken salad sandwich. You'd think it was good right? Well. It was OK but it was nothing like their old chicken salad sandwich. It was a horrible disappointment, for three reasons. 1. It is mush. Instead of the old chicken salad sandwich, which had definite chunks of chicken and other items in it, this was made of shredded chicken mush. Kind of the texture of a soggy tuna salad sandwich with low-grade flaked tuna. Extremely disappointing. 2. It tastes sweet: ugh. A little sweetness in a sandwich is ok. But this was really sweet. 3. The proportions were way off: whereas the old chicken salad sandwich had a heft amount of filling this one had, I joked with my husband, "a hint of chicken." Lettuce and thick tomato acted as filler and there wasn't much chicken. And yes, I'm aware that I'm saying "the chicken wasn't very good" AND "there wasn't much of it." But in the old sandwich, there was a lot of chicken and it was delicious: so. I doubt they'll bring back tbe old chicken sandwich. It was probably kind of expensive to make and all the Panera portions seem to be shrinking. But I wanted to warn other Panera chicken salad sandwich fans -- if you liked the old one, you're more than likely going to be horribly disappointed in this one.
