We've had such an awesome experience. Professor Carlos, Mark, and Matteo are super passionate about BJJ and are always so patient and helpful. They break things down in a way that makes it easy to learn, no matter your experience level. What I really love about Five Peaks is how welcoming and supportive everyone is. I was a complete beginner when I started, along with my youngest daughter, while my two older daughters had some experience. No matter where you are on your journey, you feel right at home here. The classes are a great balance of challenging and fun, and you really get a good workout while learning solid BJJ skills. The family vibe is also what makes this place special. My two youngest kids absolutely love the kids' classes, and it's been amazing to watch them build confidence and discipline. The professors do a great job keeping things fun while making sure each kid gets the attention they need. Five Peaks has definitely become like a second home for us. If you're looking for a place with top-notch training and a great family atmosphere, this is it!

Nobody has egos and the staff is personable. I take the Muay Thai classes with Coach Dom and Caine. I like how very detailed they are in explaining and how they correct everyone's technique. I've also learned a lot from my PT sessions with Coach Aaron and Coach Dom. Highly recommend checking out Coach Danny P.'s power boxing classes. I have fun coming here with my workouts because everyone is friendly. The jujitsu mat is the center of the gym so I enjoy watching the students roll. Everyone motivates each other here! We have been going here for the last 3 years. The instructors are very accommodating and understand that every kid or adult has their own learning styles. The instructors also memorize all the kids names which gives it more of a personal touch. Master Han is the designated representative for Chen Family Style Taiji Quan by the governing body out of the Chen Family. I have been attending for 6 years now and have markedly improved the 8 skills.
