I've been a loyal European Wax Center customer for over a decade. During my previous visit, I was told I had two waxes left on my pass. That was fine with me -- and if I hadn't had any left, I would've happily purchased another package, as I always do. At checkout this time, I was given a total, and I mentioned that I still had a pass remaining (since sometimes they don't realize I have a package). I was completely dismissed by Chris, who bluntly said, "No, you used all 12." When I explained what I'd been told, he responded, "I can't verify what someone told you when they were leaving to have a baby." That comment was completely unprofessional and unnecessary -- I never even mentioned who told me that information. Had he simply explained the situation politely or asked if I wanted to purchase another package, I would have understood. But the tone and lack of respect were unacceptable, especially in front of another employee and a customer. I ended up just paying to leave, only for him to later text me my wax history -- as if that excused how I was treated. I understand times are tough, but good customer service should never disappear. I truly would have purchased another package, but the experience left me very disappointed.
