Worst nail shop in Corona. I have come several times for the weekly deal and each time I have left disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for. They rushed through the pedicure, and did't make sure each person in our party was served. I went with a friend, and she got stuck waiting. I was done before they even acknowledged her. Also,I told the lady to not scrub in the middle of my foot, but she didn't listen and she scraped so deep that the scrape was bleeding and scabbed. The polish job was shoddy and, I believe, I could've done a better job while sitting on my couch! I won't be returning because the $5 savings isn't enough for me to be disappointed by my experience. read more

My sister went there on New Years Eve to get a fill and fix her broken pinky nail. Not only did the technician failed to make the same size and shape as the other one, the plastic acrylic of the nail is different colors. She continuously hurt her finger with the tool to sand it down, and when asked "what color I would like" she had explained she wanted clear which is what she got last time. I was informed that they couldn't do it and forced to pick another color. When I explained to the next nail tech that she passed me off to, he pressured me to pick a color I am know stuck with. They alone shaved down the nail, when she asked to keep the same length. Terrible service will never be back such a shame. Will never go there again. NOT EVER. The only reason they even get two stars is because I have come in here multiple times to get my nails, toes and eyebrows waxed. I have always seen Hannah or the male gentleman and they are great. Today however, I had a different lady that I'd never seen before and could not be more disappointed. I came in for a simple gel manicure. She managed to cut my finger tip with the nail file, cut 3 of my cuticles. Ok, it happens I'll let it go. We get to the polish part, portions of my nails are left unpainted, with polish all around my nails on my fingers. She was so busy talking to the lady next to her and looking around I am now left with dull (it's gel I remind you, supposed to be shiny) lumpy, messy nails that a toddler could have painted and sore fingers. Needless to say I won't be coming back without an appointment with Hannah, if at all. read more

I found this place awhile back when visiting from Arizona. So far for the last 4 visits they have done an amazing job on my nails. So today being a holiday, I didn't expect anything to be open and I just broke a nail the night before. I was around the corner and pulled up Yelp, so I called and YAY they were open... I have to say its the best thing I could have done. I love everything about my nails. Not only did he fix my broken nail but he asked me what shape I was looking for because he noticed what I noticed, 2 of my nails looked totally different. I explained and he said he understands when you ask for something and it doesn't come out right. He offered to fixed them and I agreed. At the end, I loved my nails, color, shape and the broken nail looked identical to the rest.... A big plus .... When it was time to pay he only charged me for me broken nail and a color change not for the reshaping... That stood out to me more then the work, the sweetness and hospitality always goes a long way. Of course I left a very generous tip and told my boyfriend, I just found my new nail shop!!!! read more

I went to get a gel manicure here and was completely dissatisfied with the outcome. I had an appointment and they were overbooked so they rushed. My nails were lumpy and sloppy looking so I went back the next day to get my money back and was sorely surprised at the response. These ladies were completely unprofessional and rude in the way they handled the situation. I was told the only way I would get my money back was to have them remove the gel nail coating, I was ok with that. I sat down to have them removed only to have the lady file each nail, not remove the gel coating like I thought and then tell me "ok, you're done" leaving me with my nails looking awful! She literally just sanded the top off!!!! Sloppy, lazy and bitter to say the least. Oh and you can see how awful the job was done on the edges where she didn't even sand. SMH. read more

Okay people, I know this is a new establishment and everything but let's be honest here. The place is great if the M-W $20 for a pedi and mani special runs forever... if it's only during the grand opening, then this place is not that great. First of all, I came in on Memorial Day at 4pm, the door was wide open and there were people in the pedi chairs. A male, asked what I wanted. I said a pedicure. A minute later they said that they were closed and told me to come back the next day. I asked what the hours were and they just stared at me blankly. So I come again the following Wednesday (2 days later) for the mani pedi special. They ask me what I want and I tell them a Mani/Pedi. Then a woman says "Okay, can you wait 15 minutes?" I say sure. It's about 5:30pm. After about 15 minutes, I'm told to take a seat in the pedi chair. The water is luke warm and I get settled. A woman comes over and begins my pedicure. Then she starts speaking in Vietnemese to another woman and is holding up my foot. This prompts the other patrons in the place to also stare at my disgusting calloused heels....Awesome. A minute later, another woman begins my mani by sticking my hand in a very cold bowl of water and immediately pulls my cutticle down to where its bleeding. She goes and gets me some peroxide in a cup to soak my finger. The entire time they are doing my nails, no one even speaks to me. I get it that they don't speak much English but they spoke nonstop to one another. I seriously thought they were more interested in talking to each other than doing my nails. I got one coat of paint on my nails... one coat and I brought my own nail polish!... so they look a little streaky and not that great. My toes look fine, I did get the foot scrub and she loofad my foot for awhile. I also got a pair of paper flip flops before I left. The total was $21... maybe they forgot about the foot scrub and flops? I Anyway, I tipped (on the card) and left. No prices are on the walls, theres only 6 spa chairs and a few mani stations. Not alot of room or staff.... anyway, like I said the price was worth it. I know I sound super picky but if they keep that special going then I would definitely come back... if not, then no thank you. They need to work on their hospitality. Another woman came in while I was there, they asked what she wanted and seriously she stood there for 3 minutes and then they told her they were closed. She got pissed and told them that they could have told her sooner. LOL read more

They pretty much don't have any idea what they're doing. None of them can complete a service from start to finish... one person does this, one person does that, one person does the other thing. I went in for a simple mani-pedi and I had about 5 people work on me. It was bizarre. It really seems like they're trying hard to do a good job, but I was left feeling incredibly underwhelmed. Absolutely my favorite go to place for my beautiful Morticia nails. Hanna is my nails tec! Her work is amazing I always leave happy,my nails never lift, and she takes her time never rushes. I'm very picky and it's taken me years to find a nail tec who can get them as perfect as her. Love the wide variety of colors as well there is so many to choose from, although black is always my go. I called prior to going in to find out price for pink and white fill, a man said 16.00, I asked again to confirm the price he confirmed a pink and white fill was 16.00, I went in and asked for the third time the price (knowing it was low) but he again confirmed it. The older man charged me to trim them and only did a pink fill. When I asked him about doing the white he said o that's 30.00. I said you quoted me 3 times the price for the pink and white fill. The nails look likes like three different shades of pink with a yellow tinge to them. Then he wanted to charge me 1.00 to use debit card, on top of it. By far the best nail shop in CORONA! I have been to many nail shops and this place is AMAZING! Lee was really friendly, and knew exactly what I wanted. I had explained to him that the previous shop I went to had cut me three times and he made sure to be extra careful. He took his time with my gel full set. Three weeks later and my nails look just as good as the first week. Absolutely NO LIFTING! I went back today for a fill and was helped by a different man but he did just as good as Lee! The only thing that was a bit annoying was another customer that was getting their toes done was so loud and obnoxious...wish the employ could have told him to keep it down since a lot if people try to relax when going to get pampered. read more
