Disappointed in this place. Super cheap, was charged $30 for gel full set but I guess you get what you pay for. Only went here because I was on a time crunch and needed my nails done ASAP before I left for my trip. Left unhappy, and as days passed I was super upset that they didn't take pride in their work. Nails are uneven, thumbs are totally not the same size, one thumb is slanted, nails not all same shape (some more square than others) sloppy paint job, no clean up or excess acrylic powder. Nude nails turned black as if it was dirty, and for lots of air bubbles as days came and went. Will definitely not be going back. Fast forward to less than a week later and my nails literally look 3 weeks old because the bottom part of the acrylics (towards the cuticles) is cracking slowly and literally all but 2 nails are lifting. i came in for a full set, asked for a narrow square but she didn't seem to know what that was so i kept it simple and got coffin, but she did the coffin so small and the nails so horribly i had one break 1 DAY AFTER, so after that i obviously wanted my nail fixed but i was so AFRAID to go back cause how horrible they did for the nail to break after a day i made no complaints and WENT to a completely different nail shop to get a FILL at GLOW ME NAILS and they did AMAZING but do to the poor quality of the nails i got at CALI NAILS. they broke a day after also regardless of all the fixing GLOW ME had to do. THE FOUNDATION of acrylic for my nails to be this WEAK has to be HORRIBLE i didnt even want to leave this review but literally 4 nails BROKE IN 4 DAYS?! i don't even want this nail shop to correct what they've done cause it just is useless, they suck. and this nail paint (gel) is not from CALI NAILS. it is from glow me. the paint job here was actually horrible also. Came here on a recommendation. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment. When I arrived everyone was looking around as if they didn't know where to sit me. So finally I get a chair & within 5 minutes, 2 other guest walk in 15 minutes early for their 11:30 appointment. Mind you my appointment was at 11. The lady who started my manicure tells me sorry, she has to stop working on me to begin working on them. I'm looking at her like you can't be serious. I understand that two manicures will make you more money, but I made an appointment & my time should be respected like any other client. At this point I wanted to leave but I was working with a tight schedule. I explain to her that I called and made this appointment for this time & she asks who I spoke to. Then the light bulb goes off and she realizes it was her who scheduled my appointment. I always call ahead of time to avoid situations like this from occurring. The other 2 guest decide to leave. Then she explains that they're short staffed. Cool, understandable but to play musical chairs just to keep clients from walking away is ridiculous. It isn't fair to have me waiting around because you decided to overbook appointments. She literally started my manicure, left to start someone else's pedicure, bounces back to massage my hands, then bounces back to finish the other lady's pedicure. RIDICULOUS! The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the gentlemen who took over my mani and pedi was really nice & did a wonderful job. The WORST experience ever! I went in on Friday before Mother's Day weekend to spend some time with my daughter and get our nails done and pedicures. The guy doing my nails took almost 2 hours and did not even shape them the way I asked(coffin). Then they sat me in a chair for a pedicure and the same guy took 20 min! Just cutting my nails and digging into my skin. So no nail polish or even a foot scrub. I told him to just stop and just paint my daughters feet. As we had already been there for ever! And she was getting restless. Her nails we already cut when he cut them some more & painted her nails. As soon as she was done I had already lost my patience and wanted to leave. They charged me $66 dollars for my nails and my daughters painted toes!!! And told me I still have to pay for pedicure for sitting in the chair! Then insulted with a "discount" to $63 dollars. For my nails that I hate and now an ingrown nail that I had to suffer with Mother's Day weekend. I also noticed they don't wipe anything down or spray any type of disinfectant in between customers. In regards to your very professional reply. I had just showered before going so trying to say my feet were dirty is ridiculous. Yes upon making my initial post I was very upset & did bash the whole salon which okay I'll take it back. BUT in no way shape or form was your reply professional nor helpful to my situation or an apology that I had not received the service I was supposed to get or paid for instead had to suffer Mother's Day weekend with an ingrown toe nail which I did not have when I went in. Also my nails did not even last 1 week when they started coming off as I was doing simple things like laundry and washing dishes. Kelly is the only one who did a decent job but whoever books the appointments tends to overbook her and then they end up trying to pawn you off to another nail tech. The last and final time I went I took my niece for her birthday and she wanted nail designs so I specifically booked her with Kelly because NO ONE else does them well. We made an appointment and confirmed that it was with Kelly. Long story short Kelly did not end up helping her and they didn't even care, another nail tech I think her name was emmy tried but the designs were just really bad. My niece was so disappointed and wanted to leave. She left crying and they had no remorse. They were extremely unprofessional and it felt like they had no intention on improving so we will not be giving them anymore of our business unfortunately. read more

I've been coming to this place since the grand opening. The deals are amazing and although the conversations are slim. Their work is impeccable. When I come in I have Coung always do my gel full set. He's a perfectionist. However, after each nail is done he'll ask me if I like it and if not how I would like it to look instead. The staff is very friendly and professional. They don't constantly laugh not talk about you to each other like lost places do. There's only 6 spa chairs and 6 nail chairs but what could you expect in a very small suite. They have a collection of colored acrylics as well as the original in 3 different deepness in tones as well.
